Walk By Faith
There were no clear answers in front of her, no obvious next steps, no confidence that she was choosing the right path. Her thoughts were crowded, her heart was tired, and every option felt heavy with consequence. She had reached the point where effort, logic, and planning could take her no further. So she did the only thing she knew how to do—she turned toward God.
Her prayer wasn’t polished or certain. It wasn’t full of bold faith or perfect words. It was honest. It carried confusion, fear, hope, and exhaustion all at once. It sounded like help, like I don’t know, like please be near. She didn’t pray because she felt strong—she prayed because she felt small.
And in that moment, prayer wasn’t a last resort. It was surrender.
She placed what she couldn’t fix into hands she trusted more than her own. She stopped trying to control the outcome and chose instead to be present, vulnerable, and open. She prayed not knowing how things would change, but believing that she didn’t have to face the unknown alone.
Sometimes prayer begins not with certainty, but with humility. Not with answers, but with trust. She didn’t know what to do. So she prayed—and that was enough to begin.

Walk By Faith
The great preacher Charles Spurgeon said, “Child of God, you cost Christ too much for Him to forget you.” The Lord will not forget us. He will remember us because He paid an exÂtremely expensive price for each one of our lives.
Jesus will ensure that you and I reach heaven if we are walking in accordance with His Holy Word and His Spirit. If you have accepted His free gift of salvation, He is preparing a home in heaven for you. That is guaranteed.

Walk By Faith
The sun was beginning to sink behind the hills, painting the sky in soft gold. A crowd stretched farther than anyone could count — families, children, elders leaning on walking sticks. They had followed Jesus all day, listening as He spoke about the Kingdom, healing the sick, giving hope to tired hearts.
But now, hunger whispered through the crowd. Mothers tried to quiet crying children. The disciples looked worried.
“Send them away,” one said quietly. “Let them find food in the villages.”
Jesus looked over the people — not as a burden, but as a flock without shepherds.
“You give them something to eat,” He replied.
Their hands were nearly empty. Only a boy stepped forward, shyly offering his small meal — five barley loaves and two fish. It was nothing compared to thousands.
Yet Jesus smiled.
He took the bread, lifted His eyes to heaven, and blessed it. Then He broke it — and broke it again — and again. The disciples carried basket after basket through the crowd. No one was left out. Every hand that reached forward received more than enough.
Laughter replaced worry. Children shared crumbs. Friends marveled at the baskets still overflowing.
When it was finished, the disciples gathered leftovers — twelve baskets full.
That evening they learned something deeper than miracles:
In the hands of Jesus, even the smallest offering becomes abundance.❤️🙏🏻 #jesus #God #angels #maricel

Walk By Faith
"Take courage, it is I, do not be afraid!"
WEDNESDAY AFTER EPIPHANY
January 7, 2026
FIRST READING
First Reading according to 1 John 4: 11-18
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also must love one another. No one has ever seen God. Yet, if we love one another, God remains in us, and his love is brought to perfection in us.
This is how we know that we remain in him and he in us, that he has given us of his Spirit. Moreover, we have seen and testify that the Father sent his Son as savior of the world. Whoever acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him and he in God. We have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us.
God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him. In this is love brought to perfection among us, that we have confidence on the day of judgment because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment, and so one who fears is not yet perfect in love.
PSALMS
Psalm 72: 1-2, 10, 12-13
R. Lord, every nation on earth will adore you.
O God, with your judgment endow the king, and with your justice, the king’s son; He shall govern your people with justice and your afflicted ones with judgment. R/
The kings of Tarshish and the Isles shall offer gifts; the kings of Arabia and Seba shall bring tribute. R/
For he shall rescue the poor when he cries out, and the afflicted when he has no one to help him. He shall have pity for the lowly and the poor; the lives of the poor he shall save. R/
ALLELUIA 1 Timothy 3: 16
Glory to you, O Christ, proclaimed to the Gentiles. Glory to you, O Christ, believed in throughout the world.
Alleluia, alleluia.
GOSPEL
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Mark 6: 45-52
After the five thousand had eaten and were satisfied, Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and precede him to the other side toward Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd. And when he had taken leave of them, he went off to the mountain to pray. When it was evening, the boat was far out on the sea and he was alone on shore. Then he saw that they were tossed about while rowing, for the wind was against them. About the fourth watch of the night, he came toward them walking on the sea. He meant to pass by them. But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out. They had all seen him and were terrified. But at once he spoke with them, "Take courage, it is I, do not be afraid!" He got into the boat with them and the wind died down. They were completely astounded. They had not understood the incident of the loaves. On the contrary, their hearts were hardened.

Walk By Faith
I will tell you again and again: GOD MOVES MOUNTAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not metaphorical hills. Not small inconveniences. Real mountains — the kind that look immovable, intimidating, and impossible from where you’re standing. The kind that block progress, steal peace, and make you wonder how anything will ever change. God moves those mountains.
Mountains come in many forms. Some are external — financial pressure, illness, closed doors, broken systems, impossible timelines. Others are internal — fear, doubt, anxiety, addiction, insecurity, trauma, and exhaustion. They loom large, casting shadows over your hope and whispering that this is as far as you’ll go. But mountains are no match for a God who speaks and creation responds.
God does not ask mountains for permission. He does not negotiate with obstacles. He does not retreat because something looks difficult. When God moves, what once stood firm begins to shift. What once felt permanent becomes temporary. What once looked impossible becomes testimony.
And here’s the part that matters: prayer is not powerless.
Prayer is not background noise.
Prayer is not a last resort.
Prayer is not wishful thinking.
Prayer is partnership with a mountain-moving God.
When you pray, you are not talking into the air — you are aligning your heart with divine authority. You are inviting God into the situation, and where God enters, things change. Sometimes the mountain moves instantly. Sometimes it cracks slowly. Sometimes God gives you strength to climb what He hasn’t moved yet. But make no mistake — prayer always activates movement.
Faith is what keeps you praying when nothing looks different yet. Faith doesn’t deny the size of the mountain; it declares the greatness of God. Faith says, “I see the obstacle, but I trust the One who stands above it.” Faith keeps showing up. Keeps believing. Keeps trusting even when progress feels invisible.
Just prayyyyyyy — not perfectly, not eloquently, but persistently. Pray when you’re confident. Pray when you’re desperate. Pray when your faith feels strong and when it feels fragile. God hears prayers spoken boldly and prayers whispered through tears. He hears the ones filled with certainty and the ones barely held together by hope.
Have faith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not faith in timing.
Not faith in outcomes.
Faith in God.
Faith that He is able even when you are tired.
Faith that He is working even when you don’t see it.
Faith that He is faithful even when the wait feels long.
Mountains don’t move because you shout louder — they move because God is sovereign. Your job is not to move the mountain. Your job is to trust the God who can. To stay prayerful instead of panicked. To stay faithful instead of fearful. To stay hopeful instead of hardened.
There will be moments when the mountain looks unchanged and doubt tries to creep in. When the enemy whispers that prayer isn’t working and faith is foolish. Don’t listen. Some mountains are already moving beneath the surface before you ever see a shift. Roots loosen before rocks fall. God often works underground before anything changes above ground.
And when the mountain finally moves — when the breakthrough comes, when the door opens, when healing begins, when peace replaces panic — you will know it wasn’t luck. It wasn’t coincidence. It wasn’t your strength alone.
It was God.
So I’ll say it again — and again — and again:
GOD MOVES MOUNTAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!
He moves them with power.
He moves them with purpose.
He moves them in His time, but always with intention.
Just prayyyyyyy.
Just believe.
Just don’t quit before the shift happens.
Have faith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because the same God who moved mountains before
is the same God standing with you now —
ready to do it again.

Walk By Faith
Lord, thank You for waking me up today. Thank You for the breath in my lungs and the chance to start fresh.
As I step into this day, guide my thoughts, my words, and my steps. Help me walk in Your will and not get distracted by the noise around me. Give me a heart that listens, hands that serve, and a spirit that stays focused on You.
Go before me in every conversation, every decision, and every moment. Use me where You see fit, and help me be faithful with whatever You place in front of me today.
Lead me, protect me, and let my life bring You glory.
Amen.
