We have received news that Mike McTaggart, who has previously played drums for us, has sadly died at the age of 20.


We offer our condolences to his friends and family and ask for their privacy to be respected during this difficult time.


This is a huge shock; Mike was incredibly young, talented and ambitious. Unfortunately, we had our differences with Mike which resulted in us parting ways, but it’s regretful we won’t get the chance to see those differences resolved. We wanted to thank Mike for his creative contributions to the band and his dedication towards drumming. A great musician has been lost.

A MERE 48 HOURS SIT BETWEEN NOW AND THE LONG-AWAITED EP RELEASE GIG, HOSTED AT MANCHESTER'S RETRO BAR.


This Friday NAPIERDALAĆ will bring you our most unique set to date; 50 brutal minutes of pure orchestral chaos shall plague the minds of those who are lucky enough to witness. We will be performing all the songs from PRINCIPIUM in addition to brand-new material. The whole set will be recorded professionally; audio and video. This gig will forever be a part of our legacy and is a major landmark in our timeline. If you want to get involved, tickets are still available.

"PRINCIPIUM" TO BE RELEASED 05/04/24

Napierdalać’s debut EP, Principium, explores a serendipitous of narratives and themes ranging from existentialism, sex addiction, abortion rights and nature, all with the ever-arching motifs of nihilism, the art of death and an anti-religious message. These tales will in part form the fundamental basis on which all following Napierdalać pieces will be based, with each subsequent release exploring in detail the full story of each of Principium’s pieces.


May the darkness of the world be illuminated by the fires burnt bright within our hearts and minds.
