{ Focus + Reclaim Your Power } // •

This potent insight can change everything if we really put it into practice. There are Universal laws that govern our lives, one of which is that What You Focus On, Amplifies. 🌱 •

So pause & pay attention to what is receiving most of your focus. Focus on lack, limitation & fear & that is what you will increase & grow more of in your reality. Alternatively, focus on gratitude, joy & abundance & that is what you will draw more of into your life. 🌸 •

As simple as this insight is, it takes a tremendous amount of dedication & commitment to remain aware & conscious of our internal chatter created from our subconscious programming. 🧠 •

That is why adopting a daily practice of meditation, self-reflection & mindfulness is absolutely crucial if we want to break free of what no longer serves us & embody the truth of who we are, as powerful co-creators of our beautiful & magnificent lives. That is how I define freedom & that is what my healing/awakening journey is all about. 🙏🏻🦋 •

Happy Friday, YouTube Fam! Just wanted to make a quick announcement that I plan on doing a YouTube live stream of my Group Meditation Gathering that will be taking place in person in Toronto tomorrow. If all goes well and technology Gods cooperate, then the live stream should be going up at 12:30pm EST tomorrow, September 29, here on my channel. I hope you can join us live for a powerful, healing group meditation, but if not, no worries, you’ll be able to watch the replay anytime.
