If you like stories about the old west, ghost towns, prospecting for gold, old mines, and hunting for lost treasures, be sure to subscribe to this channel. We talk about abandoned mines and old mining towns Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah, and many other places. Some videos with tales that are about stolen and lost and buried treasures of gold.

Please note we try to be as accurate as possible but in many cases facts and figures have gotten lost over the many years. Old photos are very hard to come by also, so many of the same images are used in various videos. Times and dates get skewed over the years also, as do people and names. Remember, these videos are all about the story and are produced for entertainment purposes only.

Old Lost Mines

A friend of mine lives in Yukon and says they have record amounts of snow this year. Hearing that I thought I'd share some old pictures of just how deep the snow can really get. Imagine digging out a train by hand!
I've also got a video about this old railway pass: https://youtu.be/sY8CgWvownE

Here's a picture of miners sitting on sacks of high grade gold ore. This ore is waiting to be transported from the Red Top Mine in Goldfield Nevada. Imagine what all that ore would be worth today when gold is $4500 per ounce.
