Consistency is about doing small, meaningful things regularly. It’s the act of showing up, even on days when it feels tough or progress seems invisible. Think of it like planting seeds in a garden. With each day of consistent effort, those seeds are nurtured, slowly growing into something remarkable. Skipping a day may seem insignificant, but each missed opportunity adds up, just as each day of consistent effort does.

Anyone who’s learned a new skill—whether it’s running a marathon, building muscle, or launching a business—can attest that these achievements don’t happen overnight. They’re the result of commitment and steady, incremental steps. This approach isn’t reserved for the young; it’s universal.
