The Carnivore Diet sets the stage for these results below πŸ‘‡ πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

The first chart is a record of my weights recorded over the years of visiting the same hospital.
1st dip was when I was going to a gym for weight losses and better health and that obviously wasn't working.

2nd dip was a divorce and I wasn't eating for a month and it was unhealthy stress related weight lost!

3rd dip looks like I fell off a cliff with deliberate fasting practices and continued with a Carnivore Diet lifestyle.

The next chart shows crp levels and in English is overall inflammation makers.

Fasting practices mixed with a Carnivore Diet reduces overall inflammation and reduces a person's risk of cancer and other illnesses.

In short time I packed up my CPAP machine, tossed all my prescriptions meds and no longer require a rescue inhaler.

Depression and anxiety disappeared.

Unlocking my brains full potential to handle any situation that would normally be a struggle.

Doubled or tripled our income in the 1st year.

My journey is to show people struggling with obesity that exercise and vegetables aren't the answer to weight loss.

Share this with a loved one and let's try to save one at a time.πŸ™πŸ˜Š

I believe everyone should have a hobby and better health should be one of those.

Made weight loss without EXERCISE my hobby and have been discussing it on YouTube/Facebook.

All the information I've acquired is 100% free and found in the device that your viewing my post on. (Think about that)!

I've been doing everything easy all of my life and that's how I became 435 pounds.

Now I lose weight and gain better health with that same lazy fat truck driver principle.

If there's an easy way to do anything, I'll figure it out.πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Sugar is a funny thing, especially considering I couldn't identify most sources a few years ago.

I always believed it was just something added to sweeten drinks or recipes for baking.

Never saw rice, bread, fruits and vegetables as a possible problem.

This would also explain why me and many others had a difficult time with weight losses and yo-yo diets.

If we're addicted to something it's difficult to manage and nearly impossible to limit the intake.

People who want customers will always recommend limiting the intake of sugars and carbs. Because they need you to come back and buy their products or coaching.

Just think about it and let it sink in.

WOW 🀯 thank you for the unexpected surprise.

I'm really not what many call a YouTuber and barely have enough time to keep up with social media.

Posting about our Alaska life and weight loss journey has been helping so many people.

I have no plans of stopping even though we have no WiFi. I'll simply be working around here with whatever I can.

Also managed to lose some more weight since last weeks update.

Getting healthier is actually pretty easy and becoming fit will be another chapter.πŸ™πŸ₯©πŸ˜Š

Let me know if Keto/Carnivore Diet has corrected this for you.

I have a whole drawer full of expensive CPAP machines and supplies.

Not sure why we hold on to things but had no idea that a keto Carnivore Diet could be so helpful.

Approximately 6 months in and I did another sleep study for peace of mind. Since my sleep apnea was weight related/inflammation, I was able to remove the machine from my nightstand.

Now I no longer fear a power outage and went on several camping trips last summer.πŸ™

Hey, πŸ‘‹πŸ˜ I have a laundry list of negative side effects of the Carnivore Diet but they're all short lived.

Here's a few, starting with oxalate dumping.

Can be incredibly painful and hard to understand. Can last for months depending on the level of oxalate poisoning a person has been through.

Clothing falling off,

can be incredibly expensive at any stage of the diet. Sometimes we don't lose weight but lose dramatic amounts of inches all over.

Weight loss stalls or even weight gain for some.

This can last months or a couple of weeks depending on how long our bodies need to heal and adjust.

Leg cramping is common and can be every night.

Sometimes from rapid weight loss or from lack of magnesium glycinate in my case. Electrolytes help, bananas Don't, and sometimes it's simply a lack of water.

Hope that helps with the negative side of things πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

When I started losing weight with barely any exercise, I could barely move and often became injured.

Spent the last 2+years losing weight naturally without exercise and I'm down approximately 176 to 178 pounds from 435+ at the start.

Fasting or fasting mimicking meals taught me how little food is required to survive. Mainly because I had already packed on enough extra body fat to survive months without additional food.

Now I use the Carnivore Diet for weight loss maintenance and I move more naturally than when I was 30.

One meal a day is perfect because I'm a truck driver and often sit.

Anything is possible if we take the time to learn and eating the right foods will balance out our bodies.

Beef bacon butter and eggs is a simple way to get going and if you slip off plan, use a 90/10 mindset.

90% meats and fats with 10% love your life is working for 1000's of my followers.

Major community milestone happened very unexpectedly on my way to work!

Seriously overwhelmed as this channel grows and we learn how to stay healthy together.

I've been in the process of moving out of Anchorage to Wasilla and just bought a new shed.

Spent the entire weekend working on leveling and getting shelves installed for our needs.

There hasn't been a lot of time for filming anything as my cameras, computer etc are packed and we don't have WiFi anymore 😞

I'm going to have to communicate more with short form videos and it's a skill that I lack, considering most of my videos are long form.

Another special thanks to those who have stuck around since the start and to those who've recently joined the fight against food!

If you're struggling you can use this mindset,

"90% meats and fats, 10% love your life".

This has worked for me and 1,000's of others in my circles.

It's also what a lot of people revert to after several months of strict Carnivore eating. Adding back items to see what makes us feel sick or sluggish.

Very similar benefits to being 100% Carnivore and weight loss will vary but it's helpful for maintaining weight.

This has also turned into people going 100% over time, because a lot of foods added back make us feel like trash.

I'm tired of feeling like trash and at 51 years of age I feel amazing 🀩πŸ₯³

It's been a long a week and only a couple of weekends. This home is finally starting to feel like something.

This would have been impossible for me about two years ago! I was too fat, unhappy and my health was declining.

My lovely wife and I have been trying so hard to prepare our place for the children and long winter months.

Our storage is almost more than half empty now and all the largest items have been moved.

New appliances throughout the home and found a used newer oven on marketplace.

Some of the final touches will be is a new Toyo stove for heat and lots of tiny adjustments to the outside for insulation purposes.

I'll try to post a short video later today after work and this has felt like a marathon week.
