MA'AM THERES A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING OVERWEIGHT AND BEING FAT.
If ur fat then its completely fine. But if ur overweight, u should try losing some weight, NOT BCZ u look ugly. No. U dont look ugly, and thats not the reason I'm saying that. Its bcz being overweight can cause a lot of health hazards such as trouble in breathing, movement etc and a LOT of deadly diseases too(type two diabetes, heart disease, stroke, 15 types of cancer, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea)
But being fat means SLIGHTLY overweight with moderate fat, minimal health risks. Overweight indicates obesity, particular fat accumulation, higher health risks, and physical limitations; there's the difference!
Conclusion is that, u need to lose weight NOT bcz ppl think ur ugly(u were never ugly even when ur fat), but bcz being too overweight is UNHEALTHY ASF.
