💊 Overseas Care Workers and Senior Care Workers can no longer bring Dependants.
💊 England - Only care providers regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) may sponsor workers.



4 April
💻 Skilled Worker Visa earnings threshold will rise to £38,700 (from £26,200), except for the Health and Care Worker Visa holder and those on national pay scale occupations such as qualifying Teachers or Education professionals.



Early April (date to be confirmed by the Home Office)
💷 Shortage Occupation List jobs - the 20% going rate discount will be removed.



11 April
👫 Partner Visas under Appendix FM (Spouse, Civil Partner, Unmarried Partner, Same-sex Partner): Minimum income requirement will rise to £29,000. This will then rise to £34,500 and eventually to £38,700 by early 2025.
