Hi everyone, I really need to start focusing more on my IRL stuff so I’m going to write my pulling & mini guides for EMC & Huo Huo here but I should be back for Evanescia in 2~3 weeks time. 4.2 Banners Pull Value imo:
High: SW999 & Evanescia
Giga Elation pushes, very strong in current content
Fairly High: Castorice, Firefly & Dahlia
Only if you are 1 from completing the team and or from high value eidolons, E2 Cast/E2 Firefly
Moderate: Tribbie
Starting to fall off slightly but still one of the best generalist supports in the game
Low: Sunday
Wasn’t the best for a while but recently starting to see a small revival in usage, future is very uncertain
Lowest: Feixiao
Just like Acheron, Feixiao is really lacking in raw damage output now and will be quite hard to use properly.
Free 5* Selector
Huo Huo E1 is pretty good if you use a bunch of her teams, I just wouldn’t get E0 Huo Huo if you’re using her for only SW999.
Robin E0 is quite a bit harder to use now, ATK & DMG boosts will not affect Elation either, so not great for current meta.
Honestly both choices aren't great but Huo Huo should do better in the short term at least.
Huo Huo Novaflare Thoughts Changes were quite disappointing, is able to be played a lot more SP positive at least but only small increase on healing output. Team can get 1 shot by certain enemies like Lygus, but for current content should do fine for now. Slightly better for DoT, but DoT should still prefer more attacks from DHPT to trigger Kafka FuAs. Will be good with Elation for now, but looks highly likely she'll be replaced in near-future. Can also be decently used with Welt/Ashveil/Seele/The Herta/Archer.
Huo Huo Builds For Elation: Warrior Goddess, if SW999 + Yao Guang can run Messenger too. Usually Broken Keel, but Lushaka also doable. S1 can provide more healing, but Quid Pro Quo or Shared Feeling will help Yao Guang/Sparxie regenerate more energy, which is more important, unless S1 helps give exactly 1 more Ult (probably will not happen in 300AV)
For other teams such as DoT: As much Speed as possible to help proc Kafka FUAs (2+2 SPD or Warrior Goddess), otherwise HP and Healing boost for better survivability. Lushaka/Fleet of the Ageless should be great.
OHB/SPD/HP/ERR always
EMC Thoughts Either Mid as hell or is meant for future Elation DPS. Energy Rotations super awkward even with Huo Huo, which makes it hard for EMC to spam their Ult. Ult is just worse YG Ult, and doesn't provide extra Punchlines after. CDMG buff is whatever for SW999, since she already gets a ton of it. Kit has a bunch of self-buffs, 15%CR, 60% Elation that doesn't really do anything since EMC's damage output is low. Can grant themselves a lot of Certified Bangers but once again, it doesn't do much damage. Can also grant ally a little Certified Banger, but its not enough to increase total damage significantly. Most likely only good for Hypercarry teams, and this specific Elation DPS must have a very impactful Elation Skill. So far, this unit does not exist.
EMC Builds Diviner if no Yao Guang, otherwise Sacerdos or Messenger with SW999. Lushaka if Sparxie, Sprightly if enough ATK or no Sparxie, Broken Keel also doable.
Very little good Light Cones, BiS should be Yao Guang's S1, F2P alternative will be Elation Brimming with Blessings, Tomorrow Together will most likely perform the worst.
Hitting 2200 ATK cap for max Elation% doesn't matter too much since EMC's damage is low, only really matters for min-maxing, if you're close to the cap it's fine
