First gig in 5 months for me tonight. At least I can’t catch Covid from anyone having barely got over it myself! 😅
This gig was originally billed in May of 2020 would you believe and here we are about to see it 30 months later!

The gig is Visions Of Atlantis headline with support from Xandria. Seen VOA once before I believe and Xandria with their previous singer.

It’s gonna be a fun night of piratical shenanigans. 🏴‍☠️ Shiver me timberssss! Argggghhh! Sorry had to use cheesy pirate talk… just had to! 😆🤘

I’ve managed to catch Covid yet again. Was hard to avoid since everyone in our house has it. Therefore I haven’t listened to much new music this week so far as I’ve been sick as a dog. Therefore no videos until probably towards the end of next week. Anyway better to get sick now rather than later on in the winter. I’ll be back one of these days next week. 👍

No weekly album review this week as it’s the end of the month. Doubt anyone was waiting for it anyway! 😂 But I will list them below with ratings in case anyone’s interested.

A couple of albums released today that I have big interest in so I will listen to those intensely and film a top 10 albums of the month video instead by Monday and upload that.

Sanguinary- Aeterna Servitus - Cannibal Corpse style death metal 7/10
Bells And Ravens - What Death Cannot End - Power Metal 7.5/10
Rain City Drive - S/T - Boy band modern rock - 7.5/10
Blizzard Hunter - The Path Of Triump - Surprisingly good trad metal. 8/10
Wicked Stone - Synergy- From June but by far the best album I played this week. Killer! 9/10

The new Sabaton hits tomorrow. Really looking forward to it as the singles have been really enjoyable. Are you looking forward to it? I will probably do my review on Sunday after I’ve fully digested it all numerous times. We had Hammerfall and now Sabaton in a week. Swedish power metal fans bonanza week!
