I am a Christian in Bangladesh. I have never even faced so much as a scratch—not me, nor anyone I know. So tell me, does that mean I am not a minority?
On the other hand, there have been incidents in India where people were killed simply because they were Muslims. On allegations of keeping cows, after their names or identities were revealed, mob lynchings took place, and many Muslims lost their lives. These are clear violations of human rights and religious freedom.
At the same time, it is also true that Christians in India have been attacked and killed because of their religious identity. There have been incidents where Christians were accused of forced conversion, attacked in places of worship, and even killed by members of their own families. Going into churches and forcing people to renounce their faith—these cannot be called acts of religious virtue.
Whether it is the demolition of a mosque to build a Ram temple, or attacks on churches, none of these should ever be dismissed as “nothing.” No religion supports coercion, fear, or humiliation in its name.
I do agree that what happened to Dipu da was completely wrong, and the perpetrators must be punished. But before questioning one country by pointing to incidents in another, shouldn’t we also look at what is happening within our own country? What happened was wrong, it was indeed wrong, and those responsible must be held accountable. 🥹
You have removed Mustafizur Rahman for these reason from ipl so what the world should do for that reason what you are doing with the minorities
