Welcome to our world—where work, play, mud and magic all collide.
We are Clare and Ashley, a husband and wife team embracing life as a UK property developer, builder and interior designer… while squeezing in kit car builds, mountain biking, cold water swimming, looking after our home and generally adventurous family life. Expect honest insights into what it’s really like being an entrepreneur.
This channel goes beyond bricks and mortar. You’ll find plenty of unfiltered site diaries, new builds, planning hurdles and practical tips from real projects across England but also behind the scenes into our busy, hands-on, often mad life—on and off the tools. From muddy boots to show-stopping interiors, from garage tinkering to downhill trails, we’re sharing the highs, lows, laughs, and lessons of self-employed life.
If you love a good project, a bit of chaos and a real look at how we make it all work, hit subscribe.
New videos weekly – builds, design, life and everything in between.
