On July 10th 2024 a group of 31 women (to represent the 31 women lost every day to secondary breast cancer) were painted by artist ‪@SophieTeaArt‬ and took to parliament to make our stand!

This vlog shows our day; the laughs, the tears and all the behind the scenes shots of the day. Although there are smiles, it was a tremendously heavy day and one we will never forget, each and every one of us cry to be heard... It shouldn't have come to this.

In Parliament Square we stood, 31 brave women each representing a life lost to this disease every day in the UK, united in our demand for recognition and action.
It shouldn’t have come to this.

We are calling for the approval of Enhertu for women with HER2-low secondary breast cancer in England. This drug has the potential to extend lives by up to two years, yet NICE has not given it the green light.
We nervously bared ourselves for over 1,000 women in England and Wales who need Enhertu to see another day with their loved ones.

Our silence spoke volumes, and the impact of our protest was felt not just in the capital, but across the entire UK. It shouldn’t have required you seeing us like this to hear us, but do you now?

I wanted to write a quick post for you all to let you know that I am ok!

I know that I promised to keep the channel going to show that there is life after diagnosis and I intend to keep that promise.
To those who watch my content, especially my weekly vlogs - I appreciate you all so much!

It’s scan season for me which to tell the truth is extremely overwhelming.
But as well as health updates, I do have lots of fun stuff to update you on as well as our IVF journey.

I have so much respect for content creators who are able to regularly post content. It really does take so much commitment.
With that in mind, I thought about taking on VLOGMAS!
