Earlier this Christmas season, BY2S held a donation drive filled with generosity and support from our community.

At the beginning of the new year, our kids had the opportunity to personally deliver those donated items to the residents at Page Robbins Adult Day Center.

Seeing the donations reach the seniors they were meant for made this moment especially meaningful.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped turn kindness into real impact.

To celebrate the New Year, kids in Memphis created handmade cards for seniors in Thailand. With the help of Prim, BY2S Thailand, these cards were delivered to the residents of Baan Bang Kae (บ้านบางแค).

What made this exchange especially meaningful is that the cards were written in Thai, even though many of the children had never written Thai before. They took the time to learn, practice, and write from the heart.

The seniors at Baan Bang Kae were truly delighted to receive the cards. Smiles, laughter, and heartfelt reactions filled the room as they read messages sent across the world—proof that kindness and connection know no borders.

เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองปีใหม่ เด็ก ๆ จากเมืองเมมฟิส ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ได้ร่วมกันทำการ์ดอวยพรด้วยมือส่งมอบให้ผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย โดยมี ปริม ตัวแทน BY2S ประเทศไทย เป็นผู้นำการ์ดเหล่านี้ไปมอบให้กับผู้สูงอายุที่ บ้านบางแค (บ้านบางแค)

สิ่งที่ทำให้การ์ดเหล่านี้พิเศษยิ่งขึ้นคือ การ์ดทุกใบเขียนเป็นภาษาไทย แม้ว่าเด็ก ๆ หลายคนจะไม่เคยเขียนภาษาไทยมาก่อน พวกเขาตั้งใจเรียนรู้ ฝึกเขียน และถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกจากใจจริงลงในทุกถ้อยคำ

ผู้สูงอายุที่บ้านบางแคต่างรู้สึกดีใจและประทับใจอย่างมาก รอยยิ้ม เสียงหัวเราะ และความซาบซึ้งเกิดขึ้นทันทีที่ได้รับการ์ดจากอีกฟากหนึ่งของโลก เป็นอีกหนึ่งช่วงเวลาที่แสดงให้เห็นว่า ความห่วงใยและความอบอุ่นสามารถเชื่อมโยงผู้คนได้ แม้อยู่ห่างไกลกันเพียงใด

Our BY2S Seattle chapter has welcomed Sound Generations with a total of 50 gift bags into the new year!! We gifted 25 bags to seniors in the Seattle area, and 25 to Sound Generations volunteers as a token of appreciation for their hard work 💕

Santa Claus has arrived at BY2S! 🎅

This holiday space was made possible thanks to the dedication and generosity of Sara Wong, our BY2S Donation Drive Advisor, who helped organize this event and graciously opened her home and surrounding space to create a warm Christmas setting for our community.

Friends, families, and children were invited to enjoy the festive atmosphere, take photos with Santa, and bring essential items to donate for seniors at a local nursing home.

A heartfelt thank you to Sara for being the driving force behind this meaningful gathering and helping turn the spirit of giving into something truly special. 🤍

Also on December 13th, 2025, Maddie shared handmade cards and gifts from New Taipei Municipal Shulin High School in Taiwan with the residents of Opus East Memphis. These thoughtful gifts were lovingly created by students who wanted to send holiday wishes across the ocean.

The residents were deeply touched by the messages and appreciated the care that went into every card and gift. We are sincerely thankful to the students and teachers at Shulin High School for helping us bring warmth, connection, and joy to the seniors this holiday season.

We would like to give a special thank-you to Emmi Jager, who lovingly made over 30 Christmas bracelets for senior residents. Each bracelet was created with care and the intention of bringing joy during the holiday season.

Noah Lim delivered these handmade bracelets, along with handwritten cards crafted by BY2S kids, to the residents of Wesley Meadows in Hernando, Mississippi. The seniors were truly touched by the thoughtfulness behind these gifts.

Moments like these remind us that small acts of kindness—made by young hands and shared from the heart—can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
