Dr. Natalya Fazylova, DNP, ANP-BC, BCIM is the founder and lead educator at ITS Academy NY, a premier school for advanced aesthetic training. A Doctor of Nursing Practice and Associate Professor at the City University of New York, she brings over 15 years of teaching experience to the field.

Dr. Natalya is also Co-Founder of Rebalance Beauty & Wellness Center and Director of Innovation at Specialists CME Training Academy. She has developed 30+ medical education programs, published in 20+ international journals, and presented globally.

Nominated Best Faculty of the Year in 2018 and featured in "Who’s Who in Academia," she is certified in Aesthetic Skin & Laser and Integrative Medicine. Her mission is to blend science, beauty, and mentorship to shape the next generation of aesthetic professionals.
