I know that this past summer up until now I have been pretty inconsistent with my uploads. Additionally, I know it might already feel like I am on a break considering how long it's been since my last upload.
I am here to say that I am *officially* going on a little hiatus for the next few weeks. But I promise we're going to be coming back with a bang. I have been and will continue to be doing a lot of thinking, praying and contemplation about what this channel is and where I think it needs to go.
Next season of videos starting first week of November. Be ready.

Going on a two week "hiatus". A lot going on, and I am going to additionally be gaining clarity and getting zoned in on the direction of this channel. Just wanted to let you know that this weeks video I am going to push to be next weeks upload. This one is going to be sort of a special video, and a lot longer than my usual videos. I am trying to pack it with value, and I would rather make a really valuable, and well performing video that takes a little longer, than rush to get you out something that isn't worth your time.
On that note, I was playing with the idea of making longer videos. More in depth videos, maybe with a bit less editing, but more of a focus on true value. What do you think about that? What length of video would you rather watch?

I took heavy inspiration from the packaging of this video for my next video, and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Hey guys, just want to give a quick update, there won't be a weekly upload this Saturday. There has been a lot happening recently, and I was tempted to rush out a video for this week but in reality I want to make videos that provide you value. I don't want to waste my time by making a half effort video that doesn't perform well, that doesn't provide you as much value as I could, wasting your time and mine. I hope you understand, and I hope you all are having a great start to the new year.
Sometimes you just need a reset. Sometimes you get one whether you need it or not.
Just recently I broke my computer, fell asleep at the wheel and totaled my car hours after I payed for repairs, our internet went out and I was stumbling with bad habits.
I think at times like these though, you have an option to either be swept away by present tension, or use the adversity as a catalyst into a new season of life--and I have been attempting to push for the latter!
I promise I don't say this to try to gain attention and be a pick-me (and I don't really know how to do the whole motivation thing so bear with me), but to 1) update everyone as it's been a while since my last upload, and 2) to remind you that it's okay for life to suck. Either life is good and you're winning, or it's not and you're learning--it's *usually* a win-win!
I know saying that doesn't make anything feel better, especially in the moment. But I hope there can be some solace taken in knowing that you're not alone in the storm you may be in, and that not only is there nothing wrong if life is hard but you are probably in an even better position since it is so.
