Here we tear apart games like they were archeological dig sites. We play a lot of games. Any games.
About Me:
I am an alien sent to the planet Earth to infiltrate your society and learn your military tactics in preparation for assault and enslavement.
To learn about human strategy, I've chosen to analyze games and their mechanics. Mainly what is known as Computer Games. But really it doesn't matter.
All information is valuable. All games are valid.
Some times I don't feel well and I have to cancel a video. I apologize profusely. Blame your crappy pollen-laden atmosphere.

For those of you interested in the Alternate Reality: The City footage:
After my play day I did more research and found that the Commodore 64 version of *both* Alternate Reality games are still completely non-functional. Which would explain why I was having so much trouble from so many directions on that day.
I did manage to get ~3 hours of gameplay from the Amiga version, and I don't count the first video because it was spent me trying to get the C64 version working.
Having said that, I'm canceling Alternate Reality: The Dungeon, and no matter how much that disappoints you, know that my disappointment is near immeasurable as I *really* wanted to relive that game from my youth.
It was only released on 8bit systems, and reading through CRPG Addict's blog, his playthrough was done on an Atari 800, which is outside my area of interest and expertise.
This upcoming Friday I'll be moving on to Ozark Softscape's Seven Cities of Gold.

I never fails ...
You are often told by other creators "don't pay too much attention to your stats"... which on a certain level I agree with. The intent is clear; getting too emotionally invested in your stats can often be discouraging. The ebb and flow of impressions, views, and subscribers doesn't care anything about your emotional state or what havoc it might wreak on it.
... and while I have been taking an involuntary emotional break from streaming and creating my live let's plays last week, I missed my YouTube community's roll over to 300 subscribers. One second I look at my analytics and it says I am at 295. A couple days later I glance at them and I am 301.
I know it's only six subs, but a jump of six subs in less than 2 days is amazing. Encouraging. Dare I say heart warming?
I started my YouTube as a secondary platform to my Twitch live streaming because Twitch has no video retention, thinking that if Twitch was my main focus it would grow the quickest. I couldn't have been more wrong. Now every change I make to my Twitch live broadcasts revolve around how it will effect the final product that is eventually put up on YouTube.
Those six subs and the 295 before it mean the world to me.
Thank you for watching me stumble through all these old and new video games I play and putting up with my insane and inane ramblings.
I appreciate every one of you.

Just a heads up; Next week I will have no content scheduled, save my Shorts. This last week due to mental health issues I failed to stream all week. Luckily the worst of it is behind me and I should be back up and able to stream next week.
I apologize for the break in content.

I just want to broadcast a blanket apology to anyone who has commented on a video and not received a response, or it feels like it's fallen on deaf ears.
Recently YouTube has stopped emailing me when someone comments on a video like it has for every comment for the last two+ years of having this account. Which is funny because it still emails me when I get new subscribers.
I have went over my settings and they have not changed and are still setup to notify me by email for any comments or other account activity, so I have no idea why they have stopped.
Being able to reliably do something with my mental issues, like making sure I don't miss comments, I have to setup reliable and simple systems to make sure activities like that get performed.
So I am having to adjust to the lack of feedback that YouTube has decided to give me for no reason, forcing me to change my routine.
By going through my comments in my community section in more detail, I've noticed I've missed quite a bit. And I try my hardest to value every comment...
Again, I apologize to anyone who's comment I miss, as I try to respond to every comment that warrants one, and at least upvote and heart every comment left.
I am currently in the process of refining how I find and respond to new comments so I can continue to show my appreciation for your participation in our community.

Due to YouTube's poor sorting/searching capabilities in my content area, I am changing the "Incomplete" tag on games to "Unfinished".
If you want an explanation: If I search on "Complete" it includes "Incomplete" in that search. Yes, It's not case sensitive. *AND* if I search on "(Complete)" it ignores the parens entirely. So I have no way to search on one or the other unless I more uniquely annotate it.

I wasn't able to go over this one on my year-end summary video... which sucks as it has some interesting information on it. Like the fact that I've been playing Fallout New Vegas for nearly a year now...

Sitting here watching last week's videos and wheeeeew. Who knew a week off and a death in the family would have botched up my routine that badly...
For any of those who encountered any of my editing errors since I started back up from that one week break; I apologize.
This next week I'll try to slow it down and get back to my usual quality.
