They are not real animals, stop watering down serious terms over pixels. Don't like it? Block. But you being uncomfortable with something doesn't make it inherently bad. Also on another note, I've seen Starters fans harass someone over drawing Chespin x Sylveon meanwhile they are actually being groomed by an adult whilst they are a minor. Funny how you only care about the fictional characters and the fictional representation of pedophilia and grooming but when it's actually happening to the creator you don't actually give a fuck 🤔 You can hold the belief that it's "immoral" to ship it (which I disagree, as much as I dislike it) but even still trying to lecture them over fiction while they are going through something real is super insensitive and shows you have no actual priorities.

Basically learn how to seperate fiction from reality and personal comfort from morality

As much as I was hopeful about it I never really believed in conformity gate. It would've been great to have but let's think realistically here. Stranger Things is a big budget show and they went crazy on the marketing for this season, the finale was aired in theatres. There was no way they were just gonna subtly hint at a whole ass second finale without actually MARKETING it, they would lose money from the fans who would never find out about it because they don't follow social media. Like as much as that would be insane it's just unprofessional I think, and I doubt they would've been able to have approved even if they wanted to do this. But also the concept of a secret episode did not come from the Duffers or Netflix, it was simply a random person on the Internet. I don't think Netflix could've intentionally built up so much speculation with such subtle "hinting" and just expecting it to become super popular on its own (it did, but they likely would not have foreseen this). And I am not saying this to hate on the person who made the theory or people who believed in it, I really did enjoy the conversations because it shows how much the audience is actually thinking critically about a show that stopped thinking for itself. All I'm saying is there was no actual evidence of there being a new episode and unfortunately all of this means the season was poorly written and littered with plotholes. Any hinting towards it after the theory was created was likely just engagement bait to again, make money off of us. The finale was so poorly written, it's hard to accept that a show that's taken 10 years to finish, that started out so good, could flop so hard like that. Had they just continued from where they left off in season 4, scrap the camazotz plotline, replace Holly's significance with Erica's, not have introduced and brought back so many characters, worked on clearing up plotholes from earlier on, not queerbaited, had better dialogue, not use second screen writing, was efficient with its time, not introduce so much into the end and have a very anticlimactic final fight scene, it would've been so so significantly better even if it was mediocre. I know that's a LOTT of boxes to check but there are a lot of flaws and poor writing choices in this season. Like for a 600 million dollar budget you should at LEAST be making sure there are no continuity errors 😒
