We are part of the Reaper Entertainment Children of Bodom cover sampler “A Tribute To The Reaper”, which will be released soon and also includes songs from other bands on the label.
For our contribution, we chose the track “Homeland” – a piece from the early days when Children of Bodom were still called Inearthed. The song appeared only on the 1996 demo Shining and was never officially released. Now it’s available in our very own Parasite Inc. version.

A Piece of Metal History Revived

We are part of an upcoming Children of Bodom tribute sampler - we can’t share the details yet, but you can look forward to something truly special.

For this, we chose the song “Homeland”, originally recorded in 1996 under the band’s former name Inearthed for the rare demo Shining and never officially released. We are excited to bring this piece of melodic death metal history back to life - and to present it to you in our own Parasite Inc. version.

🎶 Release: September 26, 2025 digitally on all streaming platforms. Later, there will also be a physical release with more Bodom bangers - so stay tuned!

We recently found a hidden box—untouched for 15 years—of original printed inlays and booklets from back in the day, back when MySpace was a thing and Instagram wasn’t even invented. We knew we had to do something special with them.

If you’d like to grab a copy, we’ve made it available as a special thank-you for those supporting us on Patreon at the VIP OF THE DEATH and CREW OF THE DEATH tiers. The CD is extremely rare, and we only have a handful left—so to keep things manageable, we had to limit it to the higher tiers.
