So it's 4am on May 5th (my time). It still feels like the 4th because I'm still up working. I'm noticing more and more people on the stream in those late/early hours and I'm thinking there's a whole lot of us who do our most creative/productive work late at night. I'm thinking there is more I can do in the media department to support the night crew--and the day crew for that matter. I'm working on that, but I'd also love to hear from anyone who has suggestions of music or media of any kind that would be entertaining/helpful for them.

PS: Since yesterday was May the 4th, I did an ambient mix of tracks set to visuals inspired by the Star Wars universe (couldn't help myself). That was more for fun, but it turned out great. A really relaxing, mysterious mix. Jedi ambience :)

Hi friends! We are launching our first Ambient Sci-Fi Livestream! Music and visuals will be updated frequently on the fly to keep things fresh. I may even be playing tracks and visuals based on the flow of the day (i.e., something inspirational for a great start to your day, deep focus music throughout the day, and something moody and deeply relaxing for night vibes.

NOTE: This is the first time we've run a livestream on the channel, so please forgive me and the team if any technical issues arise. BIG things headed this way.

Hey everyone, Jason here! So... EVX-9 is (and has been) evolving. You might have noticed the channel name and look changing (several times) over the last few months. Well, there's a reason: I’ve been experimenting on the best way to transition the channel to what I've always hoped it would be--a full atmospheric radio network.

What's new??

The thing I'm most excited about is collaborations. This one is taking some time, but I hope to feature other incredible artists and storytellers on the channel in the near future.


We'll be launching a 24/7 stream for high-fidelity, human-made sci-fi music, soundscapes, and short stories.

New Programming: In addition to the music, we’ll be introducing DJ led sets featuring original audio short stories, immersive soundscapes and, of course, atmospheric music.

Thanks so much for sticking with me. I will still be producing the music I currently make as well as bringing you a whole bunch of new stuff.
