I’m sharing this because of the amount of hate I get in my chat.

Some people think that because I choose to be online, I somehow deserve cruelty—for who I am, the choices I make, or how I look. What they don’t realize is that words do damage. Even when I can handle it, someone else might not be in a place where they can.

You never truly know what someone is going through behind the screen.

This video is a reminder that unkind words can have permanent consequences. Before you judge someone for something you don’t like or don’t understand, think about the real human on the other side. Think about how heavy life might already be for them.

My grandma always told me:
“If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”

Be mindful. Be human. Words matter.
