New video this weekend!
Guys, working hard to finish new episode. This time we will consider technology for manufacturing parts using 3D printing and rotocasting, and then, we will try to reinforce them with composite materials. Hope you will find 40 minutes?)

UPD: May 2025
- Finished work with composite materials
- Made couple of new electrolyzers to power the suit
- Working on Repulsor 3.0 (small hydrogen rocket engine)
- Working on exosuit parts
Cant upload new videos due to sanctions policy right now, but I hope one day I will show you everything.
Thanks to all members! I can continue my work with your help.

UPD: October 2024. I had to master casting. I tried to avoid this for many years, because I knew that casting is indeed a fragile and expensive process. But this seems to be the only way to make the helmet as light as I need it to be. Therefore, I dedicated this few months to mastering new technology. Master model on a 3D printer, silicone mold, composite shell, 2K plastic for rotocasting, fiberglass, carbon, Kevlar. But most importantly, in the end I was able to achieve the coveted 700g! Thank you for watching and for your support! Especially for the support of course. I’ve already spent everything you donated to me on YouTube membership and Patreon, so you can safely donate more)

Where is Alex?
Guys, everything is fine. Voluntary exile is an integral part of my work. Because if I faint-heartedly give in and start hanging out on social networks, then I get distracted and, at best, it kills a lot of time. At worst, I start to lose my way, because when I start getting stuck on short videos, it seems that my work is boring, labor-intensive and it’s better to just dance in front of the camera and film reactions to other people’s videos.
What I'm doing now: I make helmet mechanization (arduino, servos and microcontrollers). Adapt the suit to the body (yes, again). Upgrade my practical skills in working with composites and write technical maps for you. Save money on Kevlar. Turn parts on a lathe. Working on inner layer of the suit, including the flesh. For the flesh is weak.
Prescribe theory part for a pulse electrolyzer, because even 1 kW DC electrolyzer is not sufficient for the suit gadgets. Also working on the theoretical part on another interesting gadget, but I’d rather not get caught up in the fire just yet. All this takes a lot of time, requires complete concentration and self-isolation. So if Alex has not been seen for a long time, this is the norm. This means he is working hard and preparing the next epoch-making imperishable thing. You will like it, I'm sure)

Guys, every day I receive many questions from you about my work, researches and life in general. I answered most of these questions in this old video. I know the title "Reactors Evolution" is not entirely appropriate. Because mostly I talk about my journey and how to be like me) Enjoy!
