I help you run faster for longer using science.
I'm a former professional triathlete who has worked as an elite performance specialist for world class athletes and high performers.
I hold a degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelors degree in Sports Science.
I'll make videos that cover science based ways on
1. How to run faster for longer with less effort
2. How to fix your running form
3. How to avoid injuries
4. How to achieve big running goals

One swimmer I trained alongside had burned out doing 10 sessions a week and was ready to quit.
He cut down to just 3 sessions a week — and 6 months later broke a national record.
It wasn't a new technique.
It was simply that he felt good again.
This is backed by research: when you feel safe and good, you stay consistent, train harder, and recover better — and none of that shows up on a training plan, only in your results.

After working with over 1,000 elite athletes across 20 sports, I noticed the ones who went furthest all had the same combination of two personality traits:
1. A slightly delusional belief that they could be the best in the world
2. A real fear of not living up to that potential.
Athletes with only the belief tend to overdo it and burn out.
Athletes with only the fear never leave their comfort zone.
The best combine both — set a goal that sounds ridiculous, and let the fear of missing it push you as hard as the vision pulls you.

In 2016, a 6'10", 210lb guy on my triathlon squad told me he'd try to hang with me in a 5K time trial.
By every genetic rule of thumb, he had no business keeping up with someone my size — but he hung on until 4km and still ran under 15:30.
It's the clearest example I've seen of something I noticed constantly working with elite athletes: the best ones never let genetics become their excuse.
You can't change your genes, but you can maximize the ones you have — and that belief changes how hard you're willing to train.

One rule I give every athlete: never push into race-pace work or racing while carrying pain — except for a truly once-in-a-lifetime shot, like the Olympics or a world championship.
Those chances don't come back next month.
A random weekend race does.
Most of the "I have to race through this" moments people talk themselves into don't meet that bar — they're just impatience.

After 15 years working with elite athletes across 20 sports, I built a simple 4-level framework I call the Pyramid of Peak Performance:
strength & mobility → low-impact cardio → easy sport-specific training → race-pace work.
You can't skip a level, and you can't move up until the one below is pain-free.
The athletes who respected that order got injured less and kept improving for years — even when it meant missing races in the short term.

For 15 years I worked with elite athletes across 20 sports (and raced pro triathlon myself) — and I watched the same mistake wreck promising careers over and over.
The moment a niggle shows up, most people panic and cut everything except racing and hard training.
The best athletes do the opposite: they dial straight back to basics until it's gone.

If there was one tiny habit, that would make you run faster than anything else, would you do it?
Most runners won't.
But after coaching 1,000+ elite athletes, I’ve seen that those who do this simple thing consistently outperform everyone else.
So today at 5 PM I'm gonna show my email list exactly what it is and how to do it yourself, so that you can tap into the same power as Olympians.

What if you could get significantly faster by implementing a small fix to how you run?
That happened to me last year and I was able to increase my pace on flat roads by almost 10 seconds in a matter of weeks.
So in 4 hours I'm gonna show my email list a simple 5 min protocol that'll make you run significantly faster without running more.
