Can denying your identity, your gender actually makes you someone without your gender or your identity. Technically lawfully may be yes, but in reality NO. According to NALSA Supreme Court Verdict 2014, every person has the right to choose their own Gender by self-declaration. And no one can deny that. A law is legally valid only when it fulfills its validity according to constitutional morality. Simply because this Government has numbers and can make any law, cannot be so. It has to be according to the constitution and for the welfare and protection of the community. And this bill which is now going to be law doesnβt fulfill it. No political party or religion is above the constitution.
This Government always takes the side of Hindu religion and its values. But excluding, Transmen shows lack of their understanding about Gender and their knowledge about hindu religion and Mahabharat. The example of Shikhandi which they always give was a Transman, who fought the battle of Kurukshetra and killed Bhishma. Thus, Dharma was established. Which they now completely excluded it from the bill. On the other hand, the Ram Rajya they always believe for is incomplete without Transgender and inclusion. Which proves that they are very wrong with the idea that Gender it is between our legs is completely their misunderstanding between Gender and Sex.
My heart is overwhelmed with emotions, now when I am seeing an increase in homophobia, online bullying has increased after the Supreme Court verdict. Just passing the bug, the court left the community way back in time like when the judgment was overturned in 2013. I am feeling that we are not the citizens but the refugees of this country. Neither Parliament, nor the Supreme Court is with Us. A simple question comes to mind. If the love of a mother is universally accepted. Similarly, Your love for your partner is valid. But not mine. How can my love for my partner and Love for Children be less than Your?

No matter, in any situation, our protest and fight against it will continue. The entire spectrum of LGBTQIA+ and its allies are together. This setback will make us stronger so that the ego which this authoritarian government has to control on us will be shattered. I understand this community has been fighting this battle for existence for centuries and this fight will no longer be resolved. But we need to be patient and optimistic. I share and extend my support to all my Trans Brothers and Sisters. π³οΈββ§οΈ I am with you. And we will fight this battle against this government Together. π©·π€π©΅
