I apologize for the lack of new content at the moment. While getting work done at The Garden, I've simultaneously begun classes to become a certified nutritionist. New videos are in the works though, and I'm hoping to get some quality content out for y'all soon!

Returning to The Garden after 2 months being in the States. Our tiny dome and whole living space has been engulfed in squash, bean plants, sweet potato, yams, and wild veg! Taking some time to establish our trails again and carve out our living space. Oh, and a second hive of honeybees moved into our old chicken coop (bee coop now?), so we've got more bees 🙂
Time to get to work!

It's not every day you get to say that you've finally found a plant that you've been looking for for 5 years... But here they are! 2 dioscorea bulbifera (air potato) edible variety bulbils!
Fingers crossed big time as these little guys go into the ground in the hopes of yielding a perennial starch crop!

As a society we light up everything at all times of day. But, if we had the generator in the same room as our lights, we'd run out of the room because of the toxic fumes! But because the generator is further away, we can pretend our pollution doesn't exist.
Use natural lighting as much as possible, if you're in a dark room and the other room has natural lighting, move yourself and your chair lol
Truly we need better home designs to account for such things.
