My Monday workout is:
3 sets of 15 reps on most
3 sets of 12,10,8 reps with increase in weight on some
⭐️ Stretch 10mins
⭐️ Walk incline 30 mins
⭐️ Calf raise on step
⭐️Squat/calf raise
⭐️Sumo squat
⭐️Squat jump
⭐️Leg extensions
⭐️Split seated leg lift
⭐️Hack squat
⭐️Landmine squat
⭐️Single leg squat
⭐️Walk 10mins

I don’t always do my workout in that exact order, I usually throw the lighter weights first.
