On this week's 'I haven't posted a new video' update... Stay tuned for next Friday. I have dedicated this Tuesday to get something put together. Until then, heres what Ive been up to!

Took some much needed time off last week. Playing a lot of catch up. Couple of off camera projects completed this week. Including the revival of this '04 Trailboss 330. Put it to work brushing some trails immediately after.

Yesterday, I had to make a trip to the Autozone in St. Paul to swap out an incorrect part I was sold. Made a stop and dropped off the rear hatch from the '89 Copart Caravan with a subscriber. They will be using it on a quite rusty MN survivor '89 Turbo Caravan! I forgot to take pictures as I was in a bit of a timecrunch. Awesome project. They gave me some cool bits in return.

And for the final update, a huge investment for the fleet. Hurt my wallet quite a bit. But Midas and Discount Tire werent doing me any better. This machine should have itself paid for by the time I rebalance the whole fleet.

Flashback photo day. Late 2023 - early 2024. Whole different fleet of vehicles. Captions below. Enjoy (:

#1 '02 T&C Scorpion. Rescued out of Illinois in 2022. Ran on 5 cylinders, had been sitting at least a few years. Probably 5 or 6 if I had to guess. I dont rememeber if I ever ran a carfax on it. Hauled it an hour from Monmouth, IL and did a driveway revival. Drove it 450 miles home a week later. Pre-youtube fun... (for me anyway, apologies to everyone else involved.)

#2 '99 Durango and Eggplant the '97 Grand Caravan SE. Both rescued in 2023. Spring and fall respectively. Durango parked for 14 years just down the road. Eggplant out North of Valley City, ND. Parked 5 years after it blew the differential in 2019. Eggplant was for sale on marketplace last month in Mankato.

#3 '04 Neon. Bought at Copart late 22 iirc. Smoked a coyote on I74 at 70mph between Davenport, IA and Galesburg, IL at 2am. Repaired at a rest stop next morning. Car was never right after that.

#4 '94 T&C. Pulled out of a closing junkyard in Peoria. IL in 2023. What a waste of money and time that was looking back. Should not have done that. But I saved a bunch of stuff. Trans is still roaming around in another van today.

#5-6 Greenbean the '97 Caravan LE. Also bought at Copart in late 2022, around same time as the Neon. Drove off the trailer. Based on carfax, had been sitting 8 years. Drove the heck out of that van in the 2 years I had it. Drove it all the way to Sparta, IL for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. I miss this van the most. Should not have sold it, but I needed to at the time. Was wrecked by the new owner before the title got transferred at the DMV.

Doing some maintenance on the fleet today. Had them all running. Replacing the wiper motor in Gray Van right now. I probably appolgize for this too much but it gets at me not getting a video out for another week. Hold tight it'll be worth it I promise! Thanks yall I appreciate everyone one of you.

Bonus post! I did a little clean up on Berry the '93 Caravan for my dad yesterday. Fluids all topped up, tires checked and pressure adjusted. Added some valve stem extenders to the front tires. New air filter + oil and filter change. Plus a quick interior clean up. Quite a bit of gravel road dust in the poor thing.

Dad rolled 205k today to boot. Headgasket job holding strong after just over 1 year and 3k miles.

Morning yall! Got Blue Van putting down miles. Daily to work 4/5 days last week. Wasn't all 5 only due to having to drop some tires off with the truck on Wednesday. She will be rolling over 278k later today!

Today's off camera project is my Moms Tiburon. When I said the car was being put back on the road, I meant it. Rolled 56k last week and its already due for its next oil change! However, its getting a passenger rear wheel hub today along with the oil and filter. I did the front left last month as well... waiting on the front right and rear left to go now... 🤣🤣🤣

Front bearings are press on bearings with captive rotors. Absolute pain in the ass. I did both of them back in 2020 when I did the brakes on the car. Guess I got cheap ones because they didnt last 10k miles. I put an OEM Hyundai bearing on the left side and have an OEM one for front right when it also goes.

Look whos back! Its not even winter yet. Rolled 327k yesterday to boot. The '05 has been tagged in to replace Stringbean the '98 until we can get to the headgaskets.

She was not happy coming home. When 20 minutes of driving smokes all 4 brakes, ya got problems. More to come on that front. (:

I did manage to get a video put together for this Friday can ya believe it?! Me neither. See ya at 4pm CT.

I know the wait has been long... but worry not. The worst 1990 Plymouth Voyager is coming back very soon!! Halfway through editing last night, aiming for Sunday morning release. You guys won't want to miss this. Fun fact I spent an hour on the 1 minute recap/intro 😅. Stay tuned!

Happy 4th of July everyone (from the US) otherwise Happy Saturday everyone else 😅.

Had to get some junk moved to storage (because I am a hoarder) and of course I had to see if the '05 T&C would fire up and do a lap. Yes she did and ice cold ac to boot. Slowly plugging away at Cherry the '90 Voyager.

Hope to have a full episode of updates next week. Grass is getting a bit tall around the poor thing.
