Bonus post! I did a little clean up on Berry the '93 Caravan for my dad yesterday. Fluids all topped up, tires checked and pressure adjusted. Added some valve stem extenders to the front tires. New air filter + oil and filter change. Plus a quick interior clean up. Quite a bit of gravel road dust in the poor thing.

Dad rolled 205k today to boot. Headgasket job holding strong after just over 1 year and 3k miles.

Morning yall! Got Blue Van putting down miles. Daily to work 4/5 days last week. Wasn't all 5 only due to having to drop some tires off with the truck on Wednesday. She will be rolling over 278k later today!

Today's off camera project is my Moms Tiburon. When I said the car was being put back on the road, I meant it. Rolled 56k last week and its already due for its next oil change! However, its getting a passenger rear wheel hub today along with the oil and filter. I did the front left last month as well... waiting on the front right and rear left to go now... 🤣🤣🤣

Front bearings are press on bearings with captive rotors. Absolute pain in the ass. I did both of them back in 2020 when I did the brakes on the car. Guess I got cheap ones because they didnt last 10k miles. I put an OEM Hyundai bearing on the left side and have an OEM one for front right when it also goes.

Look whos back! Its not even winter yet. Rolled 327k yesterday to boot. The '05 has been tagged in to replace Stringbean the '98 until we can get to the headgaskets.

She was not happy coming home. When 20 minutes of driving smokes all 4 brakes, ya got problems. More to come on that front. (:

I did manage to get a video put together for this Friday can ya believe it?! Me neither. See ya at 4pm CT.

Happy 4th of July everyone (from the US) otherwise Happy Saturday everyone else 😅.

Had to get some junk moved to storage (because I am a hoarder) and of course I had to see if the '05 T&C would fire up and do a lap. Yes she did and ice cold ac to boot. Slowly plugging away at Cherry the '90 Voyager.

Hope to have a full episode of updates next week. Grass is getting a bit tall around the poor thing.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! Update time. Gray Van rolled 5 digits yesterday.. all the way to 180k. Ya know what that means? Nearly 5 years and 25k miles I have gone in the ol girl. "Bad" transmission still hanging on, albeit no reverse.

Also had Blueberry out today and picked up some special donuts Kwik Trip is doing. Yes they are good!
