Today, let's take a look at the internal structure of a concrete mixer truck. As a container for storing concrete, the mixer plays a decisive role in preventing solidification and segregation. The mixer tank is composed of a front cone section, a rear cone section, a cylindrical section, blades, roller paths, and other components welded together. The front end is connected to the reducer, while the rear is supported on the subframe by support wheels. The tank body is made of high-strength steel plate, and the blades are made of high-strength fine-grain alloy steel. The head is formed by one-time rotary pressing and welded with reinforcement plates for durability. The feeding port is designed in a funnel shape to allow for faster feeding, and after the entire tank is welded, the outer ring is processed to ensure the coaxiality requirement.
Upon arrival at the job site, the #mixertruck discharges the concrete through the rear discharge port onto the construction site.
