2026! Where has the time gone!?!
Hey guys, just a little check in to say we are still here, just living life a little differently.
Highlights- Chris is still cycling, Jess is still moving and little man has a lovely of both bikes ans running!
Where are we going from here? Not really sure we will check in periodically but no big plans, just navigating life, toddler and all the in betweens!

Bikes and laces are getting a new team member! #FutureDuathlete
The adventures have become a little different with the news we are expecting! Along with this, the content will also become a little different as I navigate getting back to training as I get bigger, and we adjust to fitting in training around work and looking after a little one! We look forward to going on this new exciting challenge as we get ready for our little runner/cyclist in March 2024
