A Fair Warning: It is important to not wear silicone rubber bands too tight. If the silicone jelly rubber bands are worn too tight than the bodies circulation can be affected and can feel numb and tingling. I have chosen to use soft scrunchies even though the rubber bands were fun while it lasted. I needed to care for my mental/physical health and well being. Take care of yourself. Stay safe.

I was listening to Billie Eilishs song- The 30th- than I wanted to have a music album that had a number that meant the world to me. So 100 means decades/ centuries/ years of trauma/ heart ache and drama. But this will be the new music album that is in the works! I know deep down that the 100th music album will have reflections of lifes support/ ups/ downs/ pros and cons. My music album called The 100th is for all the survivors and fans who are going through trauma/ Drama/ heart ache and emotional intensity in their life. Know that I am praying for everyone.
