We all encounter personality conflict on a regular basis, whether we know it or not. From funky, can’t-quite-put-my-finger-on-it dynamics with that one friend or family member, to the big blowup drama at work with the last person you’d expect, it all comes down to personality.
Join clinical psychologists, Dr. Rebecca Houvener, Psy.D, (“Doc Bok”) and Dr. Cheyenne Fisher, Psy.D., (“Doc Fish”) biweekly as they unpack the most complex topics like personality disorders and psychopathic behavior, while also making room for lighthearted discussions about personality typologies and humorous anecdotes from private practice. Whether you’re fascinated by personality darkness, a concerned friend or loved one, an “armchair psychologist,” or a licensed professional convinced there is something more going on with patients…. This show is for you.

If you're a schizophrenic personality, which of Millon's subtypes do you identify with?
🧊 Immobile Schizophrenic: Diagnosable with a psychotic disorder. Some schizoid features in detachment and anhedonia, can be catatonic and potentially unresponsive to the world, the environment, and pain.
🫨 Disorganized Schizophrenic: Diagnosable with a psychotic disorder. Some avoidant features, but more positive symptoms of schizophrenia, like delusions and hallucinations. This type is notably chaotic, scattered, and even the content of the delusions is incoherent and illogical. Regressive behavior is common, like problems with eating and bowel habits.

🥳We're planning new content for the new year and want your input!!
🎧After the schizotypal series, we'd like to continue into avoidant personality due to the schizoid overlap. But beyond that- what do you want to hear?
We've not yet covered:
🦹antisocial personality
🎇histrionic personality
🐶dependent personality
📋obsessive-compulsive personality
🤨passive-aggressive personality
We could also remake our 🤯borderline personality series from our early days, as there's a lot we didn't say. 🤷♀️
We think we might be seeing a slight trend towards antisocial personality, but what do you think? Cast your vote or comment below! 👇
