My Honda CRF300 Rally "Alaska" is retired. After bringing me from South America to the tip of Alaska and then all around Africa, she deserves to rest. Sunday in the Netherlands 🐮 Over the last months since the accident, I’ve been trying to get my full lung function back, and that’s been a lot tougher than I thought. My normal go-to-cardio is running, but my big toe is still damaged and not healing unfortunately so walking is painful enough already. So, I figured, if I can’t walk or run, I can still go cycling. Dusted off my race bike and that’s what I’ve been doing to work on my lung function and get back into shape 💪

More and more preparations are also happening for my next motorcycle adventure too!! 🔥🤩 So in the coming weeks, I’ll share some more updates on that, even though the most important thing is still a big surprise (which bike?!? 🤪).

2 million subscribers on YouTube 🤪 The Itchy Boots family is now 2 million strong, discovering the world on two wheels with me! It’s been 5 years of full dedication, working on nothing else but on creating over 600 episodes in more than 60 countries. I spend more time with my laptop, editing every single episode than I spend with my family and friends. It’s been a lot of (lonely) sacrifice but I am also incredibly happy with what Itchy Boots has become today.
