Hi Di, Katie and Chris use it a lot - they made their neighbours a new sign for their house name. They have made Christmas decorations that they have copied from images online.
They made something for their boat..... the list goes on. So, yes, they do use it and they are very glad to have it.
I think if your son in law and daughter have that kind of inquisitive mind, they will love it.
