Trump's final pardons demonstrate his moral bankruptcy. Lil Wayne got a pass, Blackwater contractors convicted of murdering civilians in Iraq got a pass, as did Steve Bannon and a host of other crooks and fraudsters. But in the end Trump decided not to pardon Julian Assange or Edward Snowden? Despicable. Anyone who tries to cover for him on this is just as bad.
