Rainbow Serpent
We’re hiring a Creative Operations Director at Rainbow Serpent! This is a full-time, $70K role for someone ready to build sacred systems that support Black queer art suffused with Afro-diasporic spirituality and immersive technology. You’ll work directly with our Co-Executive Directors to manage XR films, exhibitions, book tours, and public art commissions while shaping the operational backbone of a visionary cultural institution.
