Hello everyone, my name is Sveta, and if you are wondering: “Random Russian, why?” Well, that’s simple: because I don't believe that language learning can (nor should!) be structured in any way.
On my channel, I will not try to TEACH you Russian in a conventional way. Instead, I will help you naturally ACQUIRE the language by getting comprehensible Russian input.
I also hope to convince you that language learning need not be stressful and, if you acquire a language using comprehensible and compelling input, it is, in fact, a lot of fun.

Beginners, I recommend checking it out too — it’s a great way to get more exposure to natural Russian and also see more scenes from the location where one of the challenge videos was filmed 😉⛲🤫

Bad news first 😕: the challenge is a little delayed (hopefully no more than 3 days).
Good news 🎉: it’s still happening! I’ll be uploading 15 outdoor, uncut beginner-level videos for Russian learners throughout September, just as promised.

I’ve put together short highlights from all 30 days so you can easily check what you’ve missed — and maybe get inspired to watch the full videos if you skipped some.
⚡ If you’re intermediate, remember you can always speed up the video — you’ll still get lots of input and I’m sure you’ll learn new words.
