The moment you become aware of the Desire that has chosen you as it's means of expressing in the world, you are already walking the bridge of incidents that lead to its fulfillment.
Your only job is to be fully present with every experience - especially the unpleasant ones - so that there is no need to recycle or repeat them.
Every experience is to be accepted as being part of the manifestation, including the exact opposite of what you desire. Especially that part.
Manifesting the exact opposite of what you desire (contrast) is the gift that allows you to fully appreciate the fulfillment of what you're calling in to its absolute fullest.
Once you truly understand the role that contrast experiences play, you will never fear, dread or resist them again.
