Hey ya bunch of nerds. I'm gonna do a small update post here rather than just another video.
I'm currently working a full-time job ... and a second full-time job. The first is unimportant and inconsequential—something to pay the bills consistently. The second... is my video editing career!
I'm working with a video production company called Rainbow Creative based out of California. They're a relatively new and small company that have had exponential growth this year, and the owner has been trying to get me enough work so I can focus on this full-time and leave my other job. That's the end goal, but that is not where I am yet...
I miss making content for this channel, as well as for Papa Yaga. I absolutely love it, but I wasn't exactly given a choice but to stop for the time being. I needed to focus on this amazing opportunity I've been gifted.
HOWEVER!
Some thoughts on future content I would like to make in Valheim...
I'd really like to do a ValheimRaft nomap series. I've tinkered with it a bit, but the concept seems amazing. I'm curious how the mod will handle the Ashlands ocean though.
Apart from that, eventually I'd like to get into speed running the game, as well as doing unique challenge runs with major limits (such as no death, or even harder ones like no hit, where I complete the game without taking damage).
This all on top of my normal playthrough, and my guide videos.
Just remember: this is temporary, and I will return "soon".
Fact Friday! (Valheim) The Mistwalker sword is capable of dispelling the mist in the Mistlands, though in a noticeably smaller radius than a Wisplight or Wisp Torch.
Fact Friday! (Valheim) The 'Rested' buff does more than you realize! Not only does it give you 50% HP regeneration and 100% Stamina regeneration, but it ALSO gives you a 50% experience gain to all skills!
Basically, ALWAYS be Rested. No question.
(Additional fact) You don't need a shelter to get the 'Rested' buff. Just place a campfire and sit down.
Fact Friday! (Valheim) On PC, when you are splitting a stack in an inventory, you can type in the number you want, rather than having to use the slider (Sorry, Console Kings).

I think we take for granted just how well God made Earth's collision detection. In 29 years, I've not found a SINGLE wall I can clip through.

Fact Friday! (Valheim) As of the Mistlands update, three mobs have weak spots wherein they take extra damage.
Troll weak spot is their head.
Seeker Soldier weak spot is their tail section.
Gjall weak spot is their underbelly (orange egg area).

Fact Friday! (Valheim) You can harvest Barley and Flax using an Atgeir's secondary attack (the spin attack) or with any Sledge!
Just don't try this with any other crops...
