Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm and reverence in #bharatramglobalschoolindirapuram Ghaziabad, on Friday 9 May 2025, to mark the 164th birth anniversary of the great poet, philosopher, and Nobel laureate, Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. The program began with a tribute to Gurudev through a dance performance on Rabindra Sangeet. This was followed by a brief speech highlighting Tagore’s contributions to literature, music, education, and Indian nationalism. His vision of education and universal brotherhood deeply inspired the audience. Students from various classes recited the poems composed by the great poet. The quiz based on the life of Rabindra Nath Tagore was also conducted for the students to apprise them about his life, work and achievements. Our honorable Principal Ms Raveen Pande encouraged everyone to learn from Tagore’s ideals of creativity, simplicity, and humanity. The celebration concluded with the singing of Tagore’s composition, the Indian National Anthem, “Jana Gana Mana”, leaving everyone with a deep sense of pride and admiration for one of India’s greatest minds.
