🧐 Do you use ChatGPT to help with important life decisions?
Like partners. Cities. Jobs. Life direction. What to name my plant. Etc.
👇 If you want to go deeper in the comments, I’m curious:
What’s your decision-making process?
Mine is roughly:
I name the decision.
I list the options.
I record how I already feel about each one, often before I want to admit it.
Then I ask ChatGPT not what to do, but to reflect back what it notices in my language, framing, and emotional bias.
If I still can’t decide,
I ask for a clean, neutral summary so I can close the loop and come back to it later without starting from scratch.
Most of the time, the decision is already made.
AI just removes my ability to pretend otherwise.
