I gave Claude a single short brief and it produced a finished video from start to end. It wrote the script, generated my voice, put me on camera, made the B-roll and cut the final edit.
I built the whole thing as a Claude skill and then let it run the production without me.
It is the closest I have come to having a team that doesn't actually exist, and it takes about six minutes to watch.

I went through 10 AI channels that are actually earning, some of them thousands a month. A few of them are genuinely good, and a few are exactly why people complain about AI slop.

I mixed AI with real footage this week, and some of the results surprised me.
Colour grading, background swaps, outfit changes, full VFX shots, all from prompts. Some shots came out far more convincing than I expected.
