The INFJ Circle is a safe place for INFJ's to learn, grow, and connect with each other. After learning that I was an INFJ (and that others out there were like me) I have been able to transform my life into a much more fulfilling place.

I created the INFJ circle to allow INFJ's to have a place where they can learn, grow, flourish, and belong. The way to do this is through knowledge and community. I hope that this channel delivers in both of these areas. First, with excellent information that helps the INFJ understand themselves better - and second by allowing a group of like-minded individuals to gather, learn, love, and grow.

3 Quick Tips for INFJs When Others Are Rude To You

1. Remember the source — cruel words usually reflect their wounds, not your worth. In other words, their problem, not yours.
2. They don't deserve a reaction — dignity in the face of insult is a superpower; but be sure to put them in the “rude person” box, so you can keep your distance in the future.
3. Recenter yourself — remind yourself: “Their opinion doesn’t define me. My actions and heart define me.”

If you need some extra support this weekend, that’s exactly why I wrote my ebook INFJ Unlocked. You can check it out here: book.theinfjcircle.com/

The INFJ Circle

For those of you who don't know, there is now an INFJ Circle Podcast! Tomorrow we will be discussing the INFJ ability to read others like a book, absorb the energetic frequencies of others, and "feel' the overall mood of the room. In other words, we'll be going over extraverted feeling (Fe). You can find the show at the following link (be sure to follow the show on your favorite podcast app - Spotify, Apple, etc.): www.buzzsprout.com/2531415

The INFJ Circle

I’m just going to be honest, it’s been a tough week for me. Without going into detail, I’ve felt fear, anxiety, and yes, even depression this week. One of the things I’ve found is that us INFJs feel so deeply that fear and anxiety can hit us more intensely than they do most other people.

Here are 3 things I’ve found that really help during uncertain times:

1. Anchor yourself in the storm. When fear hits, my first instinct is to seek control and use a ton of mental bandwidth on the problem. Instead, I’ve found that something as simple as deep breathing, journaling, or stepping outside can create a mental anchor that tells me : “This storm is real, but it will pass.”

2. Stay in the present.Us INFJs have the superpower of seeing far ahead, but with that comes a side-effect - anxiety. “Shrinking your horizon” can really help here. That means to focus on the next step, the next minute, the next hour, instead of tomorrow or next week. This is the Stoic practice of disciplined action and it works wonders.

3. Rebuild strength by recharging.Strength isn’t always produced by force. Sometimes it’s borrowed, from wise words, quiet moments, nature, or even our pets (who always seem to stay present). Take time to surround yourself with things that bring you peace and that reset your mind.

So yes, fear and anxiety are real and they can be super intense for us INFJs. In fact, that’s one of the main reasons I wrote INFJ Unlocked, to give us INFJs a guide we can return to when life feels almost too heavy to bear. 3 Quick INFJ Tips For You This Weekend:

1️⃣ Everyone doesn’t deserve you
Not everyone deserves access to your INFJ insights and inner world. The more you are around people who don’t “get” you (or even try to), the more drained you’ll feel.

2️⃣ Guarding your emotional energy
One of the powers that INFJs have is the ability to sense the emotions in the room — it’s seriously like we have an invisible antenna always tuned to people’s moods. The side effect? We can end up carrying emotions that aren’t even ours. The way through actually isn’t to “shut off” the ability but rather to build small rituals that help us release what isn’t ours. Music, deep breathing (it really works), walks in nature — these are like emotional rinses that rejuvenate us and keep us healthy.

3️⃣ Release the guilt of being ‘too real’ for the shallow people
Here’s the hardest one: Us INFJs often have concern over the fact that others pull away from our depth and honesty. But this isn’t proof that we are “too much.” It’s proof that these people aren’t ready to have truth and depth in their presence. Their loss.

✨ That last one is the hardest — which is why I wrote my ebook INFJ Unlocked. You can check it out here, and by the end of the weekend you’ll understand so much more about your personality type (and have lots more great tips too): book.theinfjcircle.com/

Your INFJ intuition is a gift. Trust it, even when the world tells you to ignore it, or doesn't understand how you came to your conclusion.
