Hello everyone, I am going for 7 days vipassana meditation training so i will not be available on social media for this duration.
In vipassana meditation, we are not allowed to use phone, musical instruments, books ...It's gonna very challenging for me and i am ready to accept this. We have to maintain complete silence during 7 days it means 7 din tk bol nahi sakte ,even ishaaro se bhi bat nahi kr saktein. I am very excited.
