In this episode of The World's Mayor Experience, I sit down with my co-host, Princess Abumbi Prudence—daughter of His Royal Highness Fon Abumbi II, founder of Youths and the Future, and the architect of the Bafut Royal Ecovillage. Together, we are breaking down the complete franchise business plan we are actively deploying right now on the ground in the Bafut Kingdom, Cameroon.

This is not a charity conversation. This is a business plan. We dive deep into the Creator Economy, explain why the traditional charity model is dead, and reveal how we are using the Media Company in a Box system to empower local creators. We are building a five-node sovereign media network modeled after a global TV empire. With the Royal Echo Village at Nchum acting as the flagship broadcast hub, four sub-village nodes will operate as affiliate stations.

Each community will produce its own original content, generate its own revenue streams, and connect to a shared infrastructure with global distribution. The digital hub goes live before the physical walls even go up. Through online courses, Web3 royalties, heritage commerce, and sustainable tourism, this community will completely outgrow the need for outside funding.

Princess Prudence stayed in a conflict zone when everyone else left. I flew in because what she is building deserves a global broadcast infrastructure to match it. Together, we are proving that true sovereignty beats charity every single time.
