BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Deuteronomy 20
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 138)
TOPIC: FIGHTING LIFE’S BATTLES WITH GOD ON YOUR SIDE
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 20:1–20
Key Verse: “When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee…” — Deuteronomy 20:1
Bible Character: David
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
Life itself is full of battles. Some battles are physical, some are emotional, some are spiritual, and others are battles of destiny. There are battles against fear, temptation, discouragement, delay, sickness, opposition, and unseen forces that seek to resist the purpose of God for our lives.
In Deuteronomy 20, God instructed Israel not to be terrified when they faced enemies greater in number and strength because victory was never meant to depend on human ability alone. The One who brought them out of bondage would also fight for them in the midst of conflict.
Many believers become overwhelmed because they focus more on the size of their problems than on the greatness of God. Fear magnifies the enemy, but faith magnifies God. The enemy wants you to believe you are alone, abandoned, and powerless. Yet the Word of God reminds us that when God stands with a man, impossible situations begin to bow.
David understood this truth. He did not defeat Goliath because of military experience or physical strength. He prevailed because he knew the battle belonged to God. While others saw an impossible giant, David saw an opportunity for God to reveal His power.
Beloved, every battle you face is not designed to destroy you. Some battles are opportunities for God to reveal His faithfulness and glory. Do not allow fear to sit on the throne of your heart. Stand in faith and remember that God has never lost a battle.
PASTORAL NOTE
Battles become lighter when you stop carrying them alone. Give God His place and trust His power.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
The presence of God in your battle is more important than the size of the battle before you.
4 PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, arise and fight every battle confronting my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Every spirit of fear and intimidation assigned against me, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Lord, strengthen my faith and help me trust You completely in every situation, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. O God, grant me victory over every seen and unseen battle, in the name of Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
• The Lord shall fight for me and I shall hold my peace. • I shall not be defeated by fear and discouragement. • Every battle against my destiny shall end in victory. • I walk in divine strength and supernatural courage. • No enemy shall prevail over my life. • I shall testify of God’s power and faithfulness.

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR Read Today: Deuteronomy 19
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 137)
TOPIC: WALKING IN JUSTICE AND MERCY
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 19:1–21
Key Verse: “Thou shalt not wrest judgment; but thou shalt judge thy neighbour righteously.” — Deuteronomy 19:15
Bible Character: David
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
God is a God of justice, truth, and mercy. In Deuteronomy 19, the Lord established laws concerning cities of refuge, witnesses, and righteous judgment because He wanted His people to live in fairness and integrity. God understands that a society without justice eventually becomes a place of fear, oppression, and destruction.
Many people desire mercy for themselves but withhold mercy from others. Others demand justice from people while refusing to live honestly before God. Yet God’s pattern has always been righteousness balanced with mercy.
The cities of refuge revealed God’s heart of compassion. They became places where people could find protection and receive fair consideration. This reminds us that God does not delight in condemnation but desires restoration. However, mercy must never become an excuse for rebellion and wrongdoing.
As believers, we are called to reflect the nature of our Heavenly Father. We must avoid false accusations, dishonest dealings, prejudice, and actions motivated by bitterness or personal gain. A heart that carries hatred eventually destroys itself, while a heart governed by God’s truth and mercy produces peace.
David constantly cried for God’s mercy, yet he also desired justice and righteousness to prevail in Israel. He understood that no kingdom stands for long when truth is abandoned.
Beloved, allow your decisions, words, and actions to be guided by truth, compassion, and integrity. God honors people who walk uprightly before Him and before men.
PASTORAL NOTE
Never allow anger, offense, or personal feelings to become the foundation of your judgment. Let God’s Word shape your response toward others.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
People who walk in truth and mercy build relationships and destinies that endure.
4 PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, let truth and righteousness govern every area of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Every spirit of false accusation and injustice assigned against my destiny, be destroyed, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Lord, give me the grace to walk in mercy, wisdom, and integrity, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. O God, deliver me from bitterness, hatred, and wrong judgment, in the name of Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
• I shall walk in righteousness and truth. • Mercy and favor shall follow me continually. • I reject every spirit of deception and injustice. • My life shall reflect the character of Christ. • I shall live with wisdom, compassion, and integrity. • The Lord shall establish me in peace and righteousness.

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR Read Today: Deuteronomy 18
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 136)
TOPIC: DISCERNING THE VOICE OF GOD
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 18:9–22
Key Verse: “And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?” — Deuteronomy 18:21
Bible Character: Samuel
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
We live in a generation where many voices compete for attention. There are voices from culture, society, friends, social influences, emotions, and even deceptive spiritual influences. Yet among all these voices, the greatest need of every believer is to recognize and follow the voice of God.
In Deuteronomy 18, God warned Israel against sorcery, divination, and false spiritual practices because He knew that whenever people lose sensitivity to His voice, they become vulnerable to deception. A man who cannot discern God’s voice can easily become a victim of confusion and spiritual manipulation.
Many people are not destroyed because they lacked prayer; they are destroyed because they lacked discernment. Not every spiritual manifestation comes from God. Not every prophecy is divine. Not every open door is God’s direction. Discernment is necessary.
Samuel became a mighty prophet because he learned to recognize God’s voice early in life. While others slept, Samuel developed spiritual sensitivity. Spiritual growth is not merely hearing sounds from heaven; it is learning to distinguish between God’s voice and every counterfeit voice.
Beloved, God still speaks today through His Word, through the Holy Spirit, through godly counsel, and through spiritual conviction. But only a heart that is surrendered and attentive can hear Him clearly.
Do not allow noise to replace revelation. Stay close to God, remain rooted in Scripture, and cultivate a sensitive spirit.
PASTORAL NOTE
Spiritual maturity is not measured by how many voices you hear but by your ability to recognize and obey God’s voice.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A person who cannot discern God’s voice can easily follow the wrong path with confidence.
4 PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, sharpen my spiritual ears to hear and recognize Your voice clearly, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Every spirit of deception and confusion assigned against my destiny, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Lord, grant me discernment to distinguish truth from error, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. O God, let my heart remain sensitive to Your leading and direction, in the name of Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
• I shall hear the voice of God clearly. • My spiritual senses shall not be corrupted. • I reject every spirit of deception and confusion. • I shall walk in divine wisdom and understanding. • God’s Word shall direct my decisions. • I shall not miss God’s timing and purpose for my life.

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR Read Today: Deuteronomy 17
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 135)
TOPIC: ESTABLISHED BY RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 17:1–20
Key Verse: “And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee…” — Deuteronomy 17:10
Bible Character: Moses DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
God is not only concerned with worship; He is also concerned with order, justice, and righteous living. In Deuteronomy 17, God established principles for judgment and leadership among His people because He understands that when righteousness is absent, confusion and destruction eventually take over.
Many people desire blessings but ignore divine order. Yet God builds lasting destinies upon truth, obedience, and righteous decisions. Wrong judgments destroy relationships, ministries, families, and nations. A life built on emotions rather than God’s principles becomes unstable.
The believer must learn to judge matters through the lens of God’s Word and not through human opinions, pressure, or personal feelings. The world changes standards frequently, but God’s standards remain constant.
God also instructed kings not to become proud, self-dependent, or disconnected from His Word. Leadership without submission to God becomes dangerous. Influence without humility leads to destruction. The Word of God must remain the compass of every life and every decision.
Beloved, if your life will stand through the storms of life, build it upon righteousness and obedience. Divine order produces divine stability.
PASTORAL NOTE
Never allow culture, emotions, or popular opinion to replace God’s standards. The safest place to stand is within the boundaries of God’s Word.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A life governed by God’s principles will remain standing when the foundations of the world are shaking.
4 PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, establish my life upon righteousness and truth, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Every spirit of confusion and wrong judgment assigned against my destiny, be destroyed, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Lord, give me wisdom to make decisions according to Your will, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. O God, let Your Word remain the foundation of my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
• I shall walk in divine wisdom and understanding. • My life shall not be governed by confusion. • The Lord shall establish my steps in righteousness. • I shall not make destructive decisions. • God’s Word shall continually direct my path. • I shall stand strong and finish well in Christ.

Bible Reading Plan For The Year Read Today: Deuteronomy 16
Topic:
Foundations of Life (Part 133) – Remembering God’s Faithfulness
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 16:13-17
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 16:16 “Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:”
Bible Character:
The Worshippers of Israel — A People Called to Remember
Devotional Insight:
Beloved, one of the greatest dangers of human nature is forgetfulness. People easily remember pain, disappointments, and struggles, yet quickly forget blessings, victories, and divine help. That is why God established seasons of remembrance for the children of Israel—to keep gratitude alive within their hearts.
Remembrance preserves gratitude.
The feasts and gatherings were not empty religious activities; they were opportunities to reflect on God’s goodness, protection, and provision. Reflection helps individuals remain humble and appreciative. Gratitude protects the heart from pride and bitterness.
This passage also teaches intentional thanksgiving.
The people were instructed not to appear empty before the Lord. Thanksgiving requires expression. Appreciation should not remain hidden in the heart alone; it should be communicated through words, actions, service, and giving.
A grateful person sees life differently.
While others focus only on problems, grateful people recognize progress. Gratitude strengthens emotional stability, renews hope, and increases contentment. It shifts attention from what is lacking to what has already been received.
Beloved, thanksgiving strengthens faith.
When individuals remember past victories and blessings, confidence for the future increases. Reflection becomes a source of encouragement during difficult seasons.
From this passage we learn:
• Remembrance preserves gratitude • Thanksgiving should be intentional • Gratitude strengthens stability • Reflection renews hope • Appreciation protects the heart from pride
Beloved, never lose the habit of thanksgiving. A grateful heart attracts peace, joy, and renewed strength.
Pastoral Note:
Child of God, take time regularly to reflect on your journey. Count your blessings, remember answered prayers, and appreciate the people who have supported you. Gratitude will keep your heart balanced and peaceful.
Thought For The Day:
A thankful heart sees blessings where others see only problems.
4 Prophetic Prayer Points:
1. Father, fill my heart with gratitude and appreciation daily, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Lord, help me never to forget Your goodness and faithfulness in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Holy Spirit, remove every spirit of complaining and bitterness from my heart, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. Father, let thanksgiving and joy overflow continually in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prophetic Declarations:
Today, I declare that my heart is filled with gratitude, peace, and joy. I will remember the goodness of God and appreciate every blessing in my life. Complaining and bitterness have no place in me. I walk in thanksgiving, contentment, and renewed strength, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

Bible Reading Plan For The Year Read Today: Deuteronomy 15
Topic:
Foundations of Life (Part 132) – The Blessing of Generosity
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 15:1-8
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 15:8 “But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.”
Bible Character: The Compassionate Giver
Devotional Insight:
Beloved, generosity is one of the clearest expressions of compassion and maturity. A hardened heart closes its hand, but a compassionate heart remains willing to help, support, and uplift others. This passage reminds us that kindness is not weakness—it is strength expressed through love and responsibility.
Giving reveals the condition of the heart.
People who understand gratitude become more willing to help others. They recognize that life is sustained not only by personal effort, but also by grace, opportunities, and the support of others. Generosity reflects humility and awareness.
This passage teaches that compassion should be intentional.
God instructed the people not merely to feel sympathy, but to act. Many people notice problems yet do nothing about them. True compassion moves beyond words into practical support, encouragement, and assistance.
Generosity also strengthens community.
When people care for one another, unity increases and burdens become lighter. Selfishness weakens relationships, but kindness builds trust and connection. A community where people support one another becomes stronger and healthier.
Beloved, generosity is not measured only by money.
People can give:
• Time • Encouragement • Wisdom • Attention • Kindness • Support • Opportunities
Small acts of kindness often produce lasting impact.
From this passage we learn:
• Generosity reflects compassion • Kindness strengthens relationships • Compassion requires action • Selfishness weakens community • Small acts can create great impact
Beloved, keep your heart open and your hands willing. A generous life becomes a blessing to many.
Pastoral Note:
Child of God, do not ignore opportunities to help others. Even simple acts of kindness can bring hope and encouragement. A generous spirit creates lasting impact and meaningful relationships.
Thought For The Day:
A generous heart leaves a lasting mark on the lives of others.
4 Prophetic Prayer Points:
1. Father, give me a compassionate and generous heart, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Lord, help me to recognize opportunities to bless and encourage others, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Holy Spirit, remove selfishness and hardness of heart from my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. Father, let my life become a channel of blessing and support to many, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prophetic Declarations:
Today, I declare that my heart is filled with compassion, kindness, and generosity. I will not harden my heart against those in need. My life will bring encouragement, support, and blessing to others. I walk in love, wisdom, and purpose, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR. Read Today: Deuteronomy 14
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 132)
TOPIC: LIVING AS GOD’S TREASURED PEOPLE
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 14:1-21
Key Verse: “But thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.” — Deuteronomy 14:2
Bible Character: Israel
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT
One of the greatest revelations a believer can have is the understanding that he belongs to God. In Deuteronomy 14, Moses reminded Israel that they were not ordinary people. They were chosen, separated, and called to reflect the nature and glory of God before the nations.
The tragedy of many believers today is that they want the benefits of being God’s people without embracing the lifestyle of holiness and distinction. God never called His children to blend with darkness. He called us to shine in the midst of corruption, compromise, and moral confusion.
Your identity in Christ must influence your choices, speech, relationships, dressing, conduct, worship, and daily living. When a man truly understands that he is God’s treasured possession, he will not cheaply sell his spiritual dignity to worldly passions and sinful pleasures.
The Lord warned Israel against adopting the corrupt practices of surrounding nations because whatever controls a culture eventually shapes a destiny. Many destinies have been polluted because people refused to maintain spiritual boundaries. The believer must guard his heart, preserve his consecration, and remain spiritually disciplined.
Beloved, holiness is not bondage; holiness is preservation. Separation unto God is not punishment; it is protection. God’s glory rests upon lives that are consecrated to Him. The more separated you are unto God, the more distinguished your life becomes.
Do not envy the lifestyle of the ungodly. You carry a covenant identity. You are heaven’s representative on earth. Live daily with the consciousness that you are God’s treasured people.
PASTORAL NOTE
Your spiritual identity must be protected at all costs. The world may celebrate compromise, but heaven honors consecration. Never trade your calling for temporary worldly acceptance.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
When you understand that you belong to God, you will no longer struggle to live differently from the world.
4 PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, help me to live daily as Your separated and consecrated child, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Every spirit of compromise and worldly contamination fighting my spiritual life, die by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Lord, let Your holiness and glory be reflected in every area of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. O God, preserve me from every influence that wants to corrupt my destiny and walk with You, in the name of Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
• I am chosen by God and separated for His glory. • I shall not be polluted by the corruption of this generation. • My spiritual life shall remain on fire for God. • I walk in holiness, power, favor, and divine distinction. • The Lord shall preserve my destiny from destruction. • I shall reflect the nature and glory of Christ everywhere I go.

Bible Reading Plan For The Year Read Today: Deuteronomy 13
Topic: Foundations of Life (Part 131) – Guarding Your Mind Against Wrong Influence.
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 13:1- 5
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 13:4
“Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.”
Bible Character: The Faithful Believer.
Devotional Insight:
Beloved, influence is one of the strongest forces in life. Every day, people are shaped by conversations, relationships, environments, ideas, and examples. Some influences strengthen wisdom and character, while others gradually weaken discipline and direction.
Not every voice deserves your attention.
The people were warned about false influences that could pull them away from truth and obedience. This teaches us the importance of discernment. Individuals who listen to every opinion without careful evaluation often become confused and unstable.
Consistency protects stability.
People who remain grounded in clear values are less likely to be easily distracted. Stability comes when principles are firmly established. Without strong convictions, external pressures can easily shape decisions and behavior.
This passage also teaches the importance of environment.
The people around you influence your mindset, attitude, and actions. Wise individuals choose relationships and environments that encourage growth, discipline, and integrity. Negative influence often begins subtly but can gradually redirect a person’s path.
Beloved, protect your mind and values.
What repeatedly enters the mind eventually affects decisions. Be intentional about what you listen to, who you follow, and where you invest your attention. Guarding your thoughts is part of guarding your future.
From this passage we learn:
• Influence shapes behavior • Discernment protects direction • Strong values create stability • Environment affects growth • Guarding the mind protects the future
Beloved, remain steadfast in your values. Choose influences that strengthen your character and support your growth.
Pastoral Note:
Child of God, evaluate the voices and influences around your life. Separate yourself from environments and relationships that weaken your focus and discipline. Protect your peace, your values, and your direction.
Thought For The Day:
What influences your mind will eventually influence your life.
4 Prophetic Prayer Points:
1. Father, give me discernment to recognize wrong influences, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Lord, help me to remain steadfast in truth and discipline, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. Holy Spirit, guide me into relationships and environments that strengthen my growth, in the name of Jesus Christ. 4. Father, protect my mind, values, and future from every negative influence, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prophetic Declarations:
Today, I declare that my mind is guarded and my values are strong. I walk in wisdom, discernment, and stability. Negative influences will not distract me from purpose. My environment supports my growth, and my future is secure and productive, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

Bible Reading Plan For The Year Read Today: Deuteronomy 12
Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Topic: Foundations of Life (Part 130) – Worship with Understanding
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 12:1-5
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 12:5
“But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come.”
Bible Character: The Worshippers of Israel
Devotional Insight:
Beloved, worship is more than activity; it is an expression of honor, reverence, and intentional devotion. This passage teaches that worship was not to be approached carelessly or according to personal preference alone. There was structure, purpose, and understanding attached to it.
Order brings stability.
The people were instructed to gather at the place appointed for worship. This created unity, accountability, and consistency. In every area of life, order helps individuals remain focused and organized. Disorder weakens progress, but structure strengthens it.
Intentionality deepens meaning.
Actions performed without understanding often become empty routines. True worship involves attention, sincerity, and awareness. The same principle applies to work, relationships, leadership, and personal growth. Meaningful results come when actions are done intentionally.
This passage also teaches reverence.
People value what they respect. Reverence influences behavior, speech, attitude, and commitment. When individuals approach responsibilities carelessly, quality declines. But when responsibilities are handled with honor and seriousness, excellence increases.
Beloved, approach life with understanding.
Do not live carelessly or without reflection. Be deliberate in your actions, disciplined in your habits, and respectful in your responsibilities. Thoughtful living produces meaningful impact.
From this passage we learn:
• Order strengthens stability • Intentionality produces meaning • Reverence increases excellence • Structure improves consistency • Thoughtful living creates impact
Beloved, let your life reflect purpose, discipline, and understanding in all you do.
Pastoral Note:
Child of God, avoid careless living. Give attention to your responsibilities, value your commitments, and approach each day with discipline and purpose. Excellence grows where intentionality exists.
Thought For The Day:
What is done with understanding carries greater value.
4 Prophetic Prayer Points:
1. Father, help me to live with order, discipline, and purpose, in the name of Jesus Christ. 2. Lord, teach me to handle my responsibilities with excellence and understanding, in the name of Jesus Christ. 3. BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Deuteronomy 18
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 136)
TOPIC: DISCERNING THE VOICE OF GOD
Devotional Reading: Deuteronomy 18:9–22
Key Verse:
“And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?” — Deuteronomy 18:21

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Deuteronomy 17
FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 135)
TOPIC: ESTABLISHED BY RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 17:1–20
Key Verse:
“And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee…” — Deuteronomy 17:10
Bible Character: Moses
DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Bible Reading Plan For The Year
Read Today: Deuteronomy 16
Topic:
Foundations of Life (Part 133) – Remembering God’s Faithfulness
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 16:13-17
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 16:16
“Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:”
• Remembrance preserves gratitude
• Thanksgiving should be intentional
• Gratitude strengthens stability
• Reflection renews hope
• Appreciation protects the heart from pride
Amen!

Bible Reading Plan For The Year
Read Today: Deuteronomy 15
Topic:
Foundations of Life (Part 132) – The Blessing of Generosity
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 15:1-8
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 15:8
“But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.”
Bible Character:
The Compassionate Giver
• Time
• Encouragement
• Wisdom
• Attention
• Kindness
• Support
• Opportunities
Small acts of kindness often produce lasting impact.
From this passage we learn:
• Generosity reflects compassion
• Kindness strengthens relationships
• Compassion requires action
• Selfishness weakens community
• Small acts can create great impact

Key Verse:
“But thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.” — Deuteronomy 14:2

Bible Reading Plan For The Year
Read Today: Deuteronomy 13
Topic: Foundations of Life (Part 131) – Guarding Your Mind Against Wrong Influence.
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 13:1- 5
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 13:4
“Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.”
Bible Character:
The Faithful Believer.
• Influence shapes behavior
• Discernment protects direction
• Strong values create stability
• Environment affects growth
• Guarding the mind protects the future
Amen!

Bible Reading Plan For The Year
Read Today: Deuteronomy 12
Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Topic: Foundations of Life (Part 130) – Worship with Understanding
Devotional Reading:
Deuteronomy 12:1-5
Key Verse:
Deuteronomy 12:5
“But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come.”
Bible Character:
The Worshippers of Israel
• Order strengthens stability
• Intentionality produces meaning
• Reverence increases excellence
• Structure improves consistency
• Thoughtful living creates impact
3. Holy Spirit, remove every form of carelessness and distraction from my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let my actions produce meaningful and lasting impact, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prophetic Declarations:
Today, I declare that my life is guided by wisdom, order, and understanding. I act intentionally, serve faithfully, and pursue excellence in all I do. My efforts are meaningful, my focus is strong, and my future is productive and impactful, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!
