BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR. Read Today: Joshua 21

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 170)

TOPIC:

NOT ONE OF GOD’S PROMISES SHALL FAIL

Devotional Reading:

Joshua 21:1–45

Key Verse:

“There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.” — Joshua 21:45 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 21 concludes one of the most remarkable journeys recorded in the Scriptures. After years of slavery in Egypt, forty years of wandering in the wilderness, and numerous battles in Canaan, the children of Israel finally witnessed the fulfillment of God’s covenant promises. The chapter ends with a triumphant declaration that should strengthen the faith of every believer: “There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken… all came to pass.”

This powerful testimony reminds us that God is absolutely faithful. His promises are not dependent upon changing circumstances, human ability, or the passing of time. They are anchored in His unchanging character. What God has spoken, He is both willing and able to perform.

Throughout Israel’s journey, there were moments when it seemed impossible that God’s promises would ever be fulfilled. They faced slavery, hunger, rebellion, enemy attacks, and seasons of uncertainty. Yet none of those challenges could cancel God’s covenant. Every obstacle became another opportunity for God to demonstrate His faithfulness.

Many believers today are standing between the promise and the fulfillment. You may have received prophetic words concerning your life, family, ministry, career, or calling, yet you are still waiting for their manifestation. During such seasons, the enemy whispers that God has forgotten you. But Joshua 21 reminds us that God never forgets His Word.

Notice that the Bible says “all came to pass.” Not some. Not most. All. Every promise reached its appointed fulfillment because God remained faithful to His covenant.

Beloved, never judge God’s faithfulness by your present circumstances. Judge your circumstances by God’s promises. If God has promised restoration, believe Him. If He has promised healing, trust Him. If He has promised provision, wait confidently. If He has called you into ministry, remain faithful. Heaven’s timetable is always perfect.

As you reflect on God’s goodness today, remember His faithfulness in times past. The God who fulfilled yesterday’s promises is preparing tomorrow’s testimonies. Stand firm. Continue believing. Continue obeying. Continue praying.

The God who has never failed will not begin with you.

PASTORAL NOTE

Faith is strengthened when we remember that God’s promises are guaranteed by His character, not by our circumstances.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

When God makes a promise, time may pass, but His Word never expires.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, thank You because every good promise You have spoken concerning my life shall surely come to pass, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every spirit of unbelief, discouragement, and hopelessness attacking my faith, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, strengthen my heart to wait patiently and confidently for the fulfillment of every prophetic promise over my life, family, and ministry, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let this season become the appointed time for the manifestation of every outstanding blessing You have ordained for me, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• Not one promise of God concerning my life shall fail.
• Every prophetic word over my destiny shall come to fulfillment.
• I shall not grow weary while waiting upon the Lord.
• God’s faithfulness shall continually be my testimony.
• Every delayed blessing shall manifest in God’s appointed time.
• I shall experience the fullness of God’s purpose for my life.
• My family and I shall rejoice in the fulfillment of God’s promises.
• This season shall be marked by divine faithfulness, supernatural fulfillment, and enduring testimonies, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and Joshua establish your heart in unwavering faith and cause every good promise concerning your life to become a glorious testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 20

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 169)

TOPIC:

OUR REFUGE IS IN THE LORD

Devotional Reading:

Joshua 20:1–9

Key Verse:

“That the slayer that killeth any person unawares and unwittingly may flee thither: and they shall be your refuge from the avenger of blood.” — Joshua 20:3 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Jesus Christ — Our Eternal Refuge

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 20 records God’s instruction concerning the establishment of the six cities of refuge. These cities were places of safety where anyone who had unintentionally caused the death of another could flee for protection until a fair judgment was made. They were visible demonstrations of God’s justice, mercy, and compassion.

Beyond their historical purpose, the cities of refuge point us to a greater spiritual reality. They foreshadow Jesus Christ, our eternal Refuge. In a world filled with fear, guilt, condemnation, temptation, and spiritual conflict, God has provided a place of safety for every believer—not in a city, but in His Son.

Life presents many storms. There are days of uncertainty, disappointment, sickness, financial pressure, spiritual warfare, and emotional pain. During such moments, many people run to human solutions that can never provide lasting peace. Some trust in wealth, others in influence, while some seek comfort in worldly pleasures. Yet all these refuges eventually fail.

The safest place for any believer is the presence of God.

The cities of refuge were strategically located so that they were accessible to everyone. Likewise, God’s mercy is available to everyone who sincerely calls upon Him. No one is too broken to receive His grace, and no one is too far away to experience His forgiveness.

One important lesson from this chapter is that the person seeking refuge had to remain inside the city. Safety was found by abiding there. In the same way, believers must continually abide in Christ. Victory is not found in occasional fellowship with God but in daily communion with Him through prayer, His Word, and obedience.

Beloved, whatever battle you are facing today, run to God—not away from Him. When life becomes overwhelming, remember that your security is not found in your strength but in His presence.

The Lord is still our Refuge, our Fortress, and our ever-present Help in times of trouble.

PASTORAL NOTE

The safest place on earth is not a geographical location—it is a life that continually abides in Christ.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Those who make God their Refuge will never face life’s battles alone.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, thank You for being my Refuge, my Fortress, and my Deliverer, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every arrow of fear, anxiety, condemnation, and destruction fired against my life, return to sender, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, hide me under the shadow of Your wings and preserve me from every evil, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, help me to remain in constant fellowship with You all the days of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• The Lord is my Refuge and my Fortress.
• I shall not fear because God is with me.
• Every weapon formed against me shall not prosper.
• I abide under the covering of the Almighty.
• God’s mercy, protection, and favor shall surround me continually.
• No evil shall prevail against my life or my household.
• I shall dwell safely in the secret place of the Most High.
• June 2026 shall be a month of divine preservation, supernatural protection, and abiding peace, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord cover you with His feathers, hide you in His secret place, and preserve you from every danger seen and unseen. May His peace rule in your heart, and may His presence remain your eternal Refuge, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 19

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 168)

TOPIC:

YOUR APPOINTED PORTION SHALL NOT PASS YOU BY.

Devotional Reading:

Joshua 19:1–51

Key Verse:

“These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance…” — Joshua 19:51 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 19 is a beautiful testimony of God’s faithfulness. Tribe after tribe received its allotted inheritance according to the promise God had made many years earlier. Not one tribe was forgotten. Not one family was overlooked. Every inheritance was distributed according to God’s perfect plan.

This chapter reminds us that God is a God of order, purpose, and divine allocation. He knows exactly what belongs to each of His children. He is not confused about your destiny, your calling, your gifts, or your blessings. What He has ordained for your life cannot be permanently taken by another.

One remarkable lesson from this chapter is seen in Joshua himself. After ensuring that every tribe had received its inheritance, Joshua received his own portion last. As the leader of Israel, he did not use his position for personal gain or selfish advantage. He served faithfully, putting others before himself, trusting that God would remember him.

God did remember Joshua.

His inheritance came at God’s appointed time, proving that those who faithfully serve God and bless others will never lose their own reward. Heaven keeps accurate records of every sacrifice, every act of obedience, every service rendered, and every labor done for the glory of God.

Many believers become discouraged when they see others receiving blessings before them. They wonder if God has forgotten them. Joshua’s life teaches us to remain faithful without comparison. God’s timing is always perfect.

Beloved, never become envious of another person’s season. Your inheritance has your name on it. What God has prepared for you cannot be stolen by another person. Continue to serve faithfully. Continue to walk in obedience. Continue to trust God’s timing.

The God who remembered Joshua will remember you.

Your appointed portion shall not pass you by.

PASTORAL NOTE

God’s delays are never His denials. Those who remain faithful will rejoice in His perfect timing.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

You never lose by faithfully waiting for God’s appointed time.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, thank You because my appointed inheritance shall not pass me by, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every power assigned to delay, divert, or steal my divine portion, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, help me to remain faithful while waiting for the fulfillment of every promise You have spoken concerning my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let every blessing, opportunity, promotion, and breakthrough ordained for me manifest in Your appointed time, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• My divine inheritance shall not pass me by.
• God’s perfect timing shall manifest in every area of my life.
• I reject envy, impatience, and discouragement.
• The Lord shall remember me for good.
• Every promise of God concerning my life shall be fulfilled.
• I shall rejoice in my appointed season of visitation.
• My labor in the Lord shall never be in vain.
• June 2026 shall be a month of divine remembrance, fulfillment, and joyful testimonies, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the God who remembered Joshua remember you for good, establish you in your appointed inheritance, and cause every promise concerning your life to come to fulfillment, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 18

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 167)

TOPIC:

ARISE AND POSSESS WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU.

Devotional Reading:

Joshua 18:1–28

Key Verse:

“And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?” — Joshua 18:3 (KJV)

Bible Character:
Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

One of the greatest enemies of divine destiny is procrastination. Joshua chapter 18 reveals that although God had already given the remaining tribes their inheritance, seven tribes had delayed going to possess it. The land was available, the promise had been given, and the victory had already been secured by God, yet they remained inactive.

Joshua confronted them with a challenging question: “How long are ye slack to go to possess the land?”

This question still echoes today. How long will believers postpone what God has called them to do? How long will they delay obedience, postpone spiritual growth, neglect prayer, ignore God’s calling, or hesitate to step into the opportunities He has prepared for them?

Many people are praying for what God has already provided. They are waiting for another sign when God is waiting for their obedience. Faith is not merely believing God’s promises; it is acting upon them.

The tragedy was not that the inheritance was unavailable. The tragedy was that it remained unpossessed because of delay. Many destinies have been hindered, not because God failed to provide, but because people failed to move.

Joshua instructed the tribes to rise, survey the land, and prepare themselves to receive their inheritance. God blesses those who combine faith with action. Divine promises require human participation. Heaven responds to those who are willing to move in obedience.

Beloved, do not become comfortable in the place of delay. There are prayers to pray, souls to win, dreams to pursue, ministries to fulfill, books to write, businesses to establish, and divine assignments to complete.

This is not the season to remain idle. It is the season to arise.

Whatever God has placed in your heart, pursue it with faith, diligence, and complete dependence upon Him.

The God who gave the promise will also give you the grace to possess it.

PASTORAL NOTE

Delayed obedience delays manifestation. What God has provided by grace must be possessed through faith and action.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

God’s promises become realities when faith refuses to remain inactive.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, deliver me from every spirit of procrastination, fear, and spiritual laziness, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every power delaying the fulfillment of God’s purpose for my life, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, give me boldness to arise and possess every blessing, assignment, and opportunity You have prepared for me, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let every unclaimed inheritance assigned to my destiny become my possession, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• I arise and possess all that God has prepared for me.
• Every spirit of delay and procrastination is broken over my life.
• I shall not miss my divine opportunities.
• God’s promises shall become visible realities in my life.
• I receive courage to obey God without hesitation.
• Every inheritance ordained for me shall become my testimony.
• I shall fulfill my divine purpose in this generation.
• June 2026 shall be a month of action, possession, and supernatural accomplishment, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord awaken your spirit, strengthen your hands, and empower you to arise and possess every blessing, opportunity, and assignment He has prepared for you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR

Read Today: Joshua 17

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 166)

TOPIC:

DON’T SETTLE FOR LESS THAN GOD’S BEST

Devotional Reading:
Joshua 17:1–18

Key Verse:

“And Joshua spake unto the house of Joseph… Thou art a great people, and hast great power: thou shalt not have one lot only.” — Joshua 17:17 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

God’s desire has never been for His children to live beneath their divine potential. In Joshua 17, the descendants of Joseph came to Joshua with a complaint. They believed the portion of land they had received was too small for their growing population. Instead of immediately giving them additional territory, Joshua challenged them to possess what was still available.

There was land beyond the mountains, but it was covered with forests. There were fertile valleys, but they were occupied by strong Canaanites with iron chariots. The inheritance was available, but it required faith, courage, hard work, and determination to possess it.

Many believers desire greater blessings but are unwilling to embrace greater responsibility. They pray for enlargement but avoid the challenges that often accompany increase. They ask God for open doors but hesitate when those doors require sacrifice, perseverance, and unwavering faith.

Joshua reminded the people of Joseph that they were a great people with great power. In other words, they already possessed what was necessary to overcome the obstacles before them. Their greatest limitation was not their enemy but their perception of themselves.

The same is true today. Many Christians underestimate what God has placed within them through the Holy Spirit. They focus more on the strength of the opposition than on the greatness of the God who lives within them.

Do not allow fear, excuses, or the presence of “iron chariots” to keep you from pursuing God’s best. Every promised inheritance has challenges, but every challenge is an opportunity for God to demonstrate His power.

Beloved, stop measuring your future by your present limitations. Measure your future by the greatness of God’s promises. You are stronger than you think because God is with you.

Refuse to settle for comfort when God is calling you to conquest. Refuse to settle for survival when God has ordained abundance. Refuse to settle for mediocrity when God has prepared excellence.

There is still more territory to possess.

PASTORAL NOTE

God often places opportunities on the other side of difficulties. Those who trust Him enough to move forward will experience His supernatural provision.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Never allow temporary obstacles to make you settle for less than God’s permanent purpose for your life.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, deliver me from every spirit of limitation and help me to pursue all that You have prepared for me, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every mountain, forest, and iron chariot standing before my divine inheritance, be removed by the power of God, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, enlarge my faith, increase my capacity, and strengthen me to possess every promise You have given me, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let every hidden opportunity and blessing prepared for me become a visible testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• I shall not settle for less than God’s best.
• Every limitation over my life is broken.
• I receive strength to possess every divine inheritance.
• Every obstacle before my destiny shall become a stepping stone.
• God’s favor shall enlarge my territory.
• I shall walk in boldness, courage, and supernatural victory.
• My life shall continually move from glory to glory.
• June 2026 shall be a month of enlargement, divine possession, and extraordinary testimonies, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord enlarge your vision, strengthen your faith, and empower you to possess every blessing and opportunity He has prepared for you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 16

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 165)

TOPIC:

DO NOT COEXIST WITH WHAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU TO CONQUER

Devotional Reading:
Joshua 16:1–10

Key Verse:

“And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.” — Joshua 16:10 (KJV)

Bible Character:
Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 16 may appear to be a simple record of territorial boundaries, but it closes with a profound spiritual warning. The tribe of Ephraim received a wonderful inheritance from God, yet they failed to completely drive out the Canaanites from Gezer. Instead of removing them as God had commanded, they chose to coexist with them.

This seemingly small compromise became a lasting problem.

One of the greatest dangers in the Christian life is learning to live with what God has commanded us to overcome. Many believers tolerate sins they should have conquered, habits they should have abandoned, attitudes they should have surrendered, and relationships they should have placed under God’s authority.

Compromise rarely begins with major decisions. It usually starts with little concessions that seem harmless. What we refuse to conquer today often becomes what controls us tomorrow.

God never instructed Israel to manage the Canaanites. He commanded them to drive them out completely. Likewise, God does not ask believers to negotiate with sin, bitterness, pride, unforgiveness, lust, envy, or spiritual laziness. His call is for complete victory through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Many people become spiritually stagnant because they have become comfortable with things that continually weaken their walk with God. They adapt to what God wants to remove. They excuse what God wants to transform.

Beloved, ask yourself today: What have I been tolerating that God has already given me power to overcome?

Do not make peace with what is fighting your destiny. Through Christ, you have been given authority to overcome every work of darkness. Refuse to settle for partial victory when God has provided complete triumph through Jesus Christ.

The God who gave Israel the land has also given you victory through His Son. Walk in that victory daily.

PASTORAL NOTE

Whatever you tolerate today may become the obstacle you struggle with tomorrow. Deal with compromise before compromise deals with you.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

You cannot fully possess God’s promises while holding on to what God has commanded you to let go.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, expose every area of compromise in my life and give me grace to overcome it, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every stronghold of sin, weakness, and spiritual bondage operating in my life, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, empower me to walk in complete victory over every work of the flesh and the devil, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let my life reflect total obedience, holiness, and victory through Christ, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• I shall not coexist with what God has called me to conquer.
• Every power of compromise is broken over my life.
• I walk in complete victory through Jesus Christ.
• My spiritual life shall grow stronger every day.
• I reject every habit and attitude that hinders my destiny.
• God’s grace shall empower me to overcome every challenge.
• I shall possess my full inheritance in Christ.
• June 2026 shall be a month of total victory, complete obedience, and spiritual advancement, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord strengthen you to overcome every form of compromise, establish you in holiness, and lead you into the fullness of your inheritance in Christ, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 15

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 164)

TOPIC:

POSSESSING YOUR GOD-GIVEN INHERITANCE

Devotional Reading:

Joshua 15:1–63

Key Verse:

“This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families…” — Joshua 15:20 (KJV)

Bible Character:
Caleb

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 15 marks the beginning of the distribution of the Promised Land among the tribes of Israel. What God had promised many years earlier was finally becoming a reality. The inheritance was no longer a prophecy—it had become a possession.

This chapter reminds us that God is a covenant-keeping God. He never forgets what He has promised. Though Israel experienced delays, wilderness journeys, battles, and opposition, God’s Word remained unchanged. At the appointed time, every tribe received its inheritance according to His promise.

One remarkable account in this chapter is Caleb’s conquest of Hebron. Although he had already received his inheritance, he still had to fight to possess it. This teaches us that receiving God’s promise and possessing God’s promise are not always the same. Many blessings require faith, perseverance, courage, and spiritual warfare before they become a living reality.

Many believers know God’s promises but stop short of possessing them because they become discouraged by opposition. The presence of giants did not cancel Caleb’s inheritance. Likewise, the challenges you face today cannot cancel God’s purpose for your life.

The chapter also records that the tribe of Judah could not completely drive out the Jebusites from Jerusalem. This serves as a warning that whatever we tolerate today may become a source of future struggle. God desires complete obedience and complete victory, not partial conquest.

Beloved, refuse to settle for less than God’s best. Do not become satisfied with partial victories when God has promised complete possession. Continue to pray, continue to believe, continue to obey, and continue to press forward until every promise God has spoken over your life becomes your testimony.

Your inheritance in Christ includes peace, joy, victory, divine favor, spiritual authority, fruitfulness, and eternal hope. Do not allow fear, unbelief, or spiritual complacency to rob you of what God has already prepared for you.

PASTORAL NOTE

God’s promises are certain, but they must be possessed through faith, obedience, perseverance, and unwavering confidence in Him.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Do not merely admire God’s promises—possess them through faith and obedience.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, empower me to possess every blessing and inheritance You have prepared for my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every power resisting the fulfillment of God’s promises in my life, be scattered by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, give me the courage to overcome every obstacle standing before my divine inheritance, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, let every prophetic word You have spoken concerning my life become a living testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• I shall possess every inheritance God has ordained for me.
• No power shall stop me from entering my promised land.
• Every giant standing against my destiny shall fall.
• I receive fresh strength to pursue, overtake, and recover all.
• God’s promises concerning my life shall not fail.
• I shall enjoy complete victory and not partial success.
• My season of divine possession has come.
• June 2026 shall be a month of fulfillment, enlargement, and supernatural breakthroughs, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the Lord bring you into the fullness of your divine inheritance, strengthen your hands for every battle, and cause every promise He has made concerning your life to become your testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 14

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 163)

TOPIC:

GIVE ME THIS MOUNTAIN

Devotional Reading:
Joshua 14:1–15

Key Verse:

“Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the LORD spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the LORD will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the LORD said.”

Bible Character:
Caleb

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua 14 introduces us to one of the greatest examples of unwavering faith and perseverance in the entire Bible. At eighty-five years of age, Caleb stood before Joshua, not asking for comfort, retirement, or an easier assignment. Instead, he boldly declared, “Give me this mountain.”

Caleb’s request was remarkable because the mountain he desired was still occupied by the Anakims—the giants whom ten spies had feared forty-five years earlier. While others had forgotten God’s promise, Caleb never did. Time had passed, generations had changed, but his faith remained alive.

One of the greatest enemies of destiny is allowing the passing of time to weaken our confidence in God’s promises. Many believers begin their journey with great faith, but after years of waiting, disappointment, and delay, they gradually lower their expectations. Caleb refused to do so.

He reminded Joshua that he had “wholly followed the LORD.” His strength was not merely physical; it was the result of a life consistently surrendered to God. Faithfulness over many years had prepared him for his greatest inheritance.

There are mountains that every believer must conquer—mountains of fear, unbelief, delay, opposition, spiritual complacency, family challenges, and impossible situations. These mountains will not move simply because we acknowledge them. They are overcome through unwavering faith, steadfast obedience, and total dependence upon God.

Caleb did not magnify the giants; he magnified God’s promise. He believed that the God who preserved him for forty-five years would also empower him to conquer every remaining obstacle.

Beloved, never allow age, delay, setbacks, or present circumstances to make you abandon God’s promises. If God has spoken, He is faithful to perform His Word. Refuse to settle for less than God’s best.

Today, rise in faith and declare with Caleb, “Give me this mountain!” The same God who fulfilled His promise to Caleb will also fulfill every promise He has spoken concerning your life.

PASTORAL NOTE

Those who wholly follow the Lord will eventually inherit everything He has promised them. Delay is never denial when God is in control.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Faith never retires. Those who continue trusting God will continue possessing His promises.

PROPHETIC PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, give me the spirit of Caleb to follow You wholeheartedly all the days of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Every mountain standing between me and God’s promises, be removed by the power of God, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. O Lord, strengthen my faith to persevere until every prophetic promise over my life is fulfilled, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Father, empower me to possess every inheritance You have reserved for me, in the name of Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

• I shall wholly follow the Lord all the days of my life.
• Every mountain before my destiny shall become a plain.
• I shall possess every promise God has spoken concerning me.
• Delay shall not cancel my divine inheritance.
• My strength shall be renewed like Caleb’s.
• I shall finish my race strong and fulfill my divine assignment.
• Every giant standing before my destiny shall fall.
• June 2026 shall be a month of possession, fulfillment, and victorious testimonies, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the God who strengthened Caleb strengthen your faith, remove every mountain before you, and bring you into the fullness of your divine inheritance, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR THE YEAR
Read Today: Joshua 13

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 162)

TOPIC:
THERE IS STILL MORE LAND TO POSSESS

Devotional Reading:
Joshua 13:1–33

Key Verse:

“Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him, Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.” — Joshua 13:1 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

One of the dangers of success is the temptation to become satisfied with past achievements. After years of battles, victories, and conquests, Joshua had accomplished more than many people could ever imagine. Yet God reminded him of an important truth: there was still more land to possess.

This statement reveals the heart of God concerning spiritual growth and destiny. No matter how much God has done in our lives, there is always more of His purpose to discover, more of His presence to experience, and more of His promises to possess.

Many believers settle too early. They become comfortable with yesterday’s victories and stop pursuing greater dimensions of God’s plan. They stop growing spiritually, stop learning, stop stretching their faith, and stop pressing toward higher levels of usefulness in God’s kingdom.

Joshua had conquered many territories, yet God showed him unfinished assignments. This teaches us that success should never produce complacency. Every victory should become a platform for greater progress.

The same principle applies to our spiritual lives. There is still more prayer to pray, more Scripture to understand, more souls to reach, more character to develop, and more intimacy with God to pursue. No believer should ever arrive at a point where they feel they have attained all that God intends for them.

The Apostle Paul expressed this mindset when he said, “Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.” Spiritual growth continues as long as we remain hungry for God.

Beloved, thank God for what He has already done in your life. Celebrate His faithfulness. Rejoice over His blessings. But do not stop there. Keep pursuing His purpose. Keep growing in grace. Keep pressing forward.

There is still more land to possess.

There are still promises to fulfill.

There are still victories to win.

There are still assignments to complete.

The best of God’s plan for your life is not behind you—it is still ahead of you.

PASTORAL NOTE

Never allow present comfort to rob you of future fulfillment. Stay hungry for God’s purpose and His presence.

FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE (PART 161)

TOPIC:

REMEMBERING YOUR VICTORIES

Devotional Reading:
Joshua 12:1–24

Key Verse:

“These are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west…” — Joshua 12:7 (KJV)

Bible Character:

Joshua

DEVOTIONAL INSIGHT

Joshua chapter 12 may appear at first glance to be simply a list of defeated kings and conquered territories. Yet hidden within this chapter is a powerful spiritual lesson. God instructed that the victories He had given Israel should be recorded and remembered.

Every defeated king represented a battle won. Every conquered territory represented a promise fulfilled. Every victory testified to God’s faithfulness.

One of the greatest weapons against discouragement is remembrance. The enemy wants believers to focus only on present challenges while forgetting past victories. He wants them to magnify current battles while ignoring the testimonies of God’s faithfulness.

Many people remember their failures but forget their victories. They remember disappointments but overlook divine interventions. They remember prayers that seem unanswered while forgetting countless prayers that God has already answered.

Joshua 12 reminds us that God values remembrance. The list of conquered kings was a testimony that what God promised, He fulfilled. The same God who gave victory over one enemy also gave victory over many others.

As believers, we must learn to keep a record of God’s goodness. Remember the prayers He answered. Remember the doors He opened. Remember the dangers He delivered you from. Remember the provisions He supplied. Remember the battles He fought for you.

When David faced Goliath, he drew strength from remembrance. He remembered the lion and the bear. Yesterday’s testimonies became fuel for today’s faith.

Beloved, take time to reflect on your journey. You may not be where you want to be yet, but thank God you are not where you used to be. The God who has helped you this far will not abandon you now.

Every past victory is a reminder that greater victories are still ahead.

PASTORAL NOTE

People who regularly remember God’s faithfulness develop stronger faith for future challenges.
