God enlists you.

Some of you are carrying employees through hard seasons.
Praying for clients who are barely holding on.
Holding your family together while building something that actually matters.

Intercession is lonely work.
You may not see results for a long time.
You may never be thanked for it.

But you might be the only one standing between someone and collapse.

That is the weight of leadership.
