Right now I’m not in a strict bulk or cut – I’m just eating around maintenance, sometimes 100–200 surplus (jo body ko sahi lage).
I don’t eat the same meals everyday – for example, oats replaced by curd + banana.
✅ Protein powder – not daily
✅ Creatine – everyday
✅ Multivitamins – not right now
