So, I purchased and beat Road Runner’s Death Valley Rally on SNES today, and man, this was probably one of the worst SNES games I had to finish. The graphics are really good, I’ll give it that, but the gameplay was just… mediocre at best. I think the worst thing about it though was definitely the final levels in space, as the level designs are basically a clustercrap to get through due to how maze-like it is, it’s definitely one of those “where the heck do I go” kind of games towards the end.
Though, I’ll admit, the ending is pretty awarding for such a crap shoot of a Road Runner game. Also man, the music definitely got tiring near the end of the game as well. Perhaps I might do a Full Longplay of this game in the future? But I definitely got frustrated the first time playing, though at least I know how the bosses work as far as their patterns go.

Also “Made in the U.S.A!” definitely shows in terms of quality, even if there were some decent games made in the USA aside from this.

It’s Christmas, so on the left pic are the things I got for Christmas which were on my wishlist, and it’s awesome that some of the things I wished for were exactly as I wanted for Christmas, and I thank my mom for getting them. As for the right pic are my Amazon and eBay orders, not as much of course but there are some more packages coming soon. I also wish a Merry Christmas for those who are seeing this post, and I included my Shadow the Hedgehog Christmas art as a bonus.

Some Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance repros I’ve got from an Etsy seller by the name of “OnlyGameboy5” since they sell repro carts of some bootleg games, with Bust a Move GBA being the exception here. I mainly got the GB and GBC ones to do videos of them on Super Game Boy hardware, but I feel like Jurassic Boy 2 and Sonic 6 would be some decent on-the-go games aside from that.

So far this week, I beat the OG Game Boy Doraemon dualogy on Super Game Boy, and both games are pretty good, though I found the 2nd game to be more fun and less boring compared to the 1st. As for some other Doraemon Game Boy/Game Boy Color games I'm planning on playing in the future on this channel, I'll probably do a livestream of Doraemon: Aruke Aruke Labyrinth for GBC on the Super Game Boy sometime soon. As for Doraemon Memories GBC, that won't be shipped to me until the 27th, and I'm planning on getting Doraemon Kart 1&2 before my Winter Break.
