✈️ Cabin Crew Interview Preparation

Hi guys! I found my old cabin crew interview preparation notebook! 😂✈️

This is how I used to prepare for situational-based questions, which are very commonly asked in cabin crew interviews.

One question I had prepared was:

❓ “What will you do if a passenger is anxious about flying?”

Instead of memorising a textbook answer, I used to prepare the situation + my approach + the action I would take.

The key is to show empathy, communication, patience and situational awareness — not just give a perfect memorised answer.

This one is a little different because you’re literally coming with me through my final day as cabin crew — submitting my documents, meeting my batchmates, giving a little gift to my SCC, tying Rakhi to my Fly91 brother and saying goodbye to the people who became such a big part of this journey. 🤍

Don’t copy every skill onto your CV.

Only mention skills that you actually possess and can confidently explain during your interview.

If the interviewer asks:

“You mentioned you’re good at teamwork. Can you give me an example?”

You should have a real story ready. 👀
