I was at this bar in Bemidji, when a random guy I defiantly didn't talk to waved at me smiled and he seems friendly, overly friendly... But I think ill be fine.

I tried talking to him but as soon as he spoke I knew this might take a second. I understood the language to be English, but everything said had a thick local accent to it.
