There's a good chance my website is older than you. What I share on YouTube is about 1% of what I've got going on over there since 1997. But in today's post, it kind of loops back around here: www.zverina.com/2025/0812.htm
Happy new year! I'm still on hiatus from posting new robZtv episodes but did you know I have a website since 1997? One of the earliest photo blogs and maybe the only one to have been posting 2-3 times per week for 26+ years. No ads or other bullshit, just pictures and observations as life unfolds: www.zverina.com/
Hello friends! As a prolific photographer, it's hard for me to keep up with myself, and it appears I started falling behind on reviewing robZtv video clips way back in March 2006. This isn't to say I haven't reviewed any from that era, but there are whole folders that were filed away and forgotten until now. So it looks like I need to filter through a lot of raw footage before I can start assembling new episodes. Which is fine--when I started this process, I intended only to upload the 16 episodes that comprised my Seattle Cable Access Network TV show from the early 2000s, but as it appeared there was some interest and a boost in subscribers, I kept compiling new episodes. But things have gotten pretty slow and as the channel fades back into lonely obscurity I might as well take a break from uploading and play catch up. If you are reading this, you are one of the chosen few and I thank you for your attention and offer this peek behind the curtain of the old school way. Exciting, isn't it?
Greetings, fellow humans! Had a small weather-related emergency to deal with this week, which caused me to fall behind on a job (I'm a carpenter, though that's not me in the thumbnail), so there won't be a new robZtv this week. A short break is sort of OK by me after knocking out a new episode 52 weeks in a row--which I'm told equals one year. But if you're curious to see a different kind of presentation of my video vignettes, here's an older epic two-hour music video for my improv band 4Shadows where all the video clips (but not the songs) are related to either work or alcohol (and sometimes both). I quit drinking over 3 years ago, but I'm still working. Sometimes I wish it were the other way around.
Hey folks, I'm shaking things up here at the old retro content factory. Instead of doing a "premiere" with chat etc., tonight's episode will humbly go live without frills, per normal schedule at midnight NYC time. (I live on the west coast now but my body clock is eternally set to EDT.) If you watch, please do take a moment to comment as it would be pretty cool if this tremendous body of work could find a wider audience. It would make me feel less alone in the world. And tonight's episode is a good one, IMHO. Thanks!
hey folks, did you know i've been photo journaling online since 1997? no ads and it looks bad on phones, so laptop or bigger is recommended. sometimes i augment my no frills posts with robZtv clips, still using the same vintage digital camera: www.zverina.com/2024/0831.htm

I know what's in the Pulp Fiction glowing briefcase--a lifetime supply of Canon PowerShot S200 Digital Elph's, the camera behind robZtv since 2003.
